Collection O Tikonia formerly Hotel Jatin

This hotel works in illusion. First of all the name creates log if confusion, you will think that hotel is in tikonia area but it's not. Location is very bad narrow road. 2ndly what you see online is totally different what it is. I booked through MakeMyTrip The pictures are different and actual property is different. Rooms are not cleaned, furniture broken, bedsheets torn, ac not working, tv not working etc.. the list is very long. As soon as we entered in the hotel we decided we can't stay. We moved and stayed in different hotels, then there fight began to get your money back. Overall I am not satisfied and won't recommend this property.

Room was too dirty beyond imagination,washroom was in horrible condition, what they show in photos vs the reality is totally opposite, I would prefer staying in railway station , thts much more hygienic thn this hotel

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Haldwani (kathgodam) railway Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again." Must recommended

Staff was good but rooms are of poor quality.. U can easily find better hotels near haldwani bus stand @ half price
