Our rooms were booked for wedding and in my room water was leaking from the ceiling, told the attendant and he had no clue about it. There is electricity problems also sometimes. Overall it's good but they should improve these minor peoblems.

AC is leaking water. There is only 1 waiter who works 24/7 if you order yea it take them 30 mins to prepare it also you have to call someone to turn on water. Overall I'd never Recommend this hotel to anyone

Inappropriate behaviour of the manager. Booked 4 rooms through OYO but the staff denied their partnership with OYO, visiting this hotel was mere inconvenience for us. And on top of that, they asked for double the desired price for bookings. OYO has much more to offer... please omit this place and choose other hotels available nearby!

I had booked a 4x Suite for 3 people via OYO app and I was denied check-in when I reached the hotel at nearly 1 pm. The manager said, the rooms were unavailable and the only suite that was available had its AC malfunctioning. I asked him why did he not drop a call if that was the case. We had traveled so far and the excuses sounded very sly. I called OYO immediately and after some rather grave discussion, he offered us their dormitory to stay. We had nowhere to go, there's no OLA/ UBER in Haldwani. We had to stay anywhere they put us. As far as I could conclude, the rooms were available and the manager, as I infer from the conversation between OYO support team and the manager, was asking 1600 bucks to shift us to a good room and OYO wasn't willing to pay. They had some kind of dispute and it has become a ritual for OYO to cause disappointments after disappointments. Now, when we stayed at this huge dormitory, only one AC was working and the other AC's supply had been cut off because we paid less. The only AC working was incapable of cooling such a huge room, there was no telephone to call reception, we had to walk to the reception every time we needed something, the washroom tap provided dripping water, the manager especially, didn't have courtesy to be apologetic for his mistake.

The crazy hotel is located on the main highway, wonderful locations, and many parking areas. Room and room service was recommended. Kichen service was also good, must try soya malai chap and veg steamed momos.

Management is very bad as there is no way we can conatact reception and everytime we need something we have to go to reception.untrauned staff.Also no room service and bit pricy rooms.entrance is very bad.manager attitude is very bad and he was saying that we dont entertain oyo customers.Overall very bad experience

Overall good experience. All good. But TV is not working. Problem in calling service providers. If electricity gone, they have no facilities of inverter.
