It was one of the best experiences of any stay we have till date. The resort is well maintained, nestled in forests and is serenely quite. Its a must try especially if you love chirping of birds. There was multiple species of birds which will keep you engaged. |The staff was polite and prepared great dishes ( the local kumaoni thaali was the best).||Overall it's great value for money

This place is beautiful, serene - we could see the Himalayan peaks. Food is incredible. The warmth , hospitality , short treks were the highlights. The weather was beautiful in April- pleasant cold. Was a good get away from the summer heat in Maharashtra. Clean rooms. Extremely comfortable stay.

We had an excellent experience at Misty Jhaltola. The services provided by Mr Madhur, Mr Samson and supporting staff were top notch. They made us always feel at home and responded to our every request with a genuine warmth. Resort location is midst of forest providing a calm and relaxed environment. The resort is very well maintained. The food prepared by staff was tasty and of high quality. The forest trails offered are very well planned and a must do. Overall, we will cherish these memories for lifetime.

Misty Mountains, Jhaltola is an excellent and very beautiful place to stay. It is really offbeat place in Lamkeshwar Reserve Forest, located in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand.|Entire home stay is in lush green forest and the beauty of this place is, it is facing the mountain ranges of Himalayas and sun rise sun set is clearly visible from this place, from any point. The place is full of wild birds of different species, bird lover can spend full day time for watching, photographing the birds. |Rooms, cottages, family suite facilities are available here and every stay facility is very comfortable, carefully chosen and thoughtfully organised. |Food is excellent, like home-made food with plenty of choice on jam, pickles, etc. Also, they serve local cuisine. Every staff is highly trained, very cordial, always ready to serve the guests without any hesitation. They also help the guests during hiking, trekking in the forest.|Those who love to spend time in pure nature, like to do birding, etc. this place is absolutely befitting.

Our second trip here, one of the best kept Uttarakhand hideaways to connect with nature and disconnect from the fast paced digital world. It is a place where you go to enjoy the pleasures of slow and mindful living. ||Beautiful vistas of Himalayas are visible from each room. The staff is so sweet, homely and courteous. They go out of their way to make you feel homely and leave no stone unturned to meet your requests. ||We went with teenage kids and it was so heartening to see them connect to nature and marvel at the beauty. The night sky was so beautiful with the cluster of stars. ||The trek to Lambeshwar Mahadev is absolute must. ||Special mention to Raju, Chandan, cook, Manoj and the manager Mr. Samson

nice rooms. very good breakfast and dinner. cosy comfortable stay. Those who would like to hike some jungle trail, it would be interesting. |A little disappointment with clouds and Jungle fire smog blocking real good view of Himalayan range. Only when it rained, it became clear and we could see the actual surroundings which was magnificent. Teal time to visit could be sept oct nov for appropriate weather and clean surroundings.

Amazing experience with great food, superb hospitality in the lap of nature. Our resort was nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by breathtaking views and lush greenery. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and impeccably decorated, with every amenity we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

One of the best offbeat locations in entire Uttarakhand...with beautiful , spacious and comfortable cottages...a mesmerizing 180 degree view of the Himalayas , and lipsmacking food. Staying in this resort is an experience in itself amidst the Himalayan jungle...and the wonderful support staff makes the stay more memorable.
