The North Cardinal Hotel & Resort - best hotel in gangotri road

Our stay at The North Cardinal hotel was fantastic.The view from the room was breathtaking, and the owner Mr. Abhishek ji was incredibly friendly and helpful also the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the spaciousness of the room and the quality of the food.

In first week of January it was a very damp cold rainy day. We started bit late from Rishikesh. Hotel staff called us few times to confirm our location and arrival time and also guided us for suitable routes.||When we arrived there it was already dark but hotel staff was waiting for us. They had fire ready and lots of wood.||It was instant relief and we enjoyed nice cup of tea with some snacks while they took the order for food.||After that we settled down in our rooms. Rooms were clean cosy and comfortable.||Although it was dark and raining but we were sitting in restaurant for good few hours as the moments were so magical with sound of river water next to hotel.||Next morning I got up late but wife and kids were down at the river side. Then we had nice breakfast and set of for drive, after 40km drive heavy snowfall started and we couldn't go any further. Stopped at various places and came back to hotel in the evening. We departed on 3rd day.||It was great trip and I wish I could stay there for atleast one full week.||Suggest all hiking and treaking lovers to note down this place. It is very close to Uttarkashi on the main road but still very tranquil and natural. ||They also have dormitories which are amazing for treaking and hiking groups.

If you love nature, if you are looking for tranquility, if you are seeking divinity, look no further. This hotel on the bank of Bhagirathi is an ideal choice.

Amazingly cool place to stay relax and enjoy nature just on the bank of river Ganga. Away from crowd and noise. Very comfortable and suitable to stay for Gangotri yatra, Dayara bugiyal or Doditaal treaking.

The view of bhagirati river is good but there are no tvs in their rooms.the food is great though.

So amazing Beside Holy River Ganga and in the lap of nature. U can feel cool breeze of the River here. Come once and u'll be addicted.

Third Class Hotel Only Location is Good Hotel Staff is so rude and don't give any service there is no tv no light third class

Service not upto mark. Be care for personal belongings. Plumbing to be improved.
