Worst place to get married. Owner is worst. That lady had no etiquettes. She talks very rudely. Also her daughter. They both think they are very educated because they speak in english. That's the most educated they are. That old owner lady shouted at everyone during haldi ceremony for jumping into the pool. Pool was part of the premises. And there was no sign board for not entering into it. That old owner lady came and started shouting at us for entering into the pool. Even though it was part of the premises and accessibility. If we were not allowed to jump into the pool there should have been a sign board but the way she talked was so ruthless and mannerless. I will never understand how such people get into business like this when they dont even have basic manners. Don't ever book this resort for special functions. Its too expensive and service also is poor. Mind you, Its not the owner who is bad, their service is equally pathetic as her. Rooms were not clean. When we called room service they wouldn't come on time. We had to deal with such a bad behavior even after paying huge amount of money.

During the haldi ceremony, guests were rudely scolded for entering the pool--despite the fact that the pool is clearly part of the premises and no signage was provided to indicate it was off-limits. The owner's approach was harsh, confrontational, and completely inappropriate, especially in the middle of a joyful celebration. Additionally, the overall service was subpar. The rooms were not properly cleaned upon check-in, and room service was consistently delayed despite multiple follow-ups. For the premium rates charged, we expected a far higher standard of hospitality and customer service. Unfortunately, the poor attitude of the management overshadowed what should have been a memorable event. I strongly advise against booking this venue for any special occasion. It is overpriced and lacks both the professionalism and warmth expected from a hospitality businesses.

I recently stayed at this resort for a wedding, and honestly, it was a really disappointing experience. The owners -- a mother and daughter -- were completely unprofessional. Instead of handling things properly, they were acting like the receptionist and pool guard themselves, and it was obvious they had no real training in hospitality. What made it worse was that they took over rooms that had already been booked for the wedding guests -- including the bride's room, which was supposed to be specially reserved for her. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress during what should have been a happy time. Even though they claim to be highly qualified, their attitude was rude, careless, and totally out of place for a place that's supposed to host important events. I definitely wouldn't recommend this resort, especially if you're planning something special like a wedding. You deserve better service and respect than what we experienced.

Highly Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended for Family Functions We had a very unpleasant experience at this property. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional--she shouted at our guests during the function, creating an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. This kind of behavior can easily ruin anyone's special occasion. The manager was equally irresponsible and failed to inform us about the pool restrictions in advance. Instead of handling it maturely, the owner intervened in the worst way possible. On top of that, the water tanks were overflowing, wasting a huge amount of water, yet neither the manager nor the owner showed any concern. Ironically, they were more worried about the pool water, which wasn't even clean to begin with. This place is poorly managed and highly unsuitable for any kind of family event. Strongly advise against booking this property.

Worst experience we had in Sal Wood Resort. We booked the resort for wedding and they didn't provide us basic services. The owner of the resort was so rude, she shouted at us during our haldi function for jumping into pool. Pool was part of the premises, still that owner came and shouted at everyone of us. Also, the services was so bad we have to call them many times for basic things. Rooms were so dirty and we also found one Scorpion in our room still they did not come to remove it from our room. We had to deal with on our own. Owner of the resort misbehaved with not just everyone of us but also makeup artist. Makeup artist that was booked with bride, she told us how the owner talked rudely with her too when makeup artist refused to do her makeup.

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The parking facilities were not up to the mark - there wasn't enough space, and the arrangement could have been better. Moreover, the rooms had a major issue with the water temperature. The water was coming out hot all the time, and there was no option to adjust it to a cooler temperature. It's essential to have a proper hot and cold water system in a hotel, especially when it comes to showering. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to itamenities issues."

Worst experience at Salwood. Owner and her daughter is very rude with guest. Rooms were not ready on time, there was no supervisor to help guest. Food was also not good. Delayed services everytime. Please think twice before coming to this resort. Don't waste your money.

Owner ruined my marriage function and guest's experience. Not at all clean, no staff available for your needs, unprofessional owner. Booked property for 2 days for my wedding and they did not give us all the rooms
