We went there with a big family of 15 people including kids and we had an amazing hassle free time. It is a very beautiful and welcoming resort. Staff was always smiling and service was top-notch. We had a small baby in the family, and they also cooked a customised meal for the baby without salt, sugar and spices. Food was also super amazing. And because we came with kids, sometimes we had to take some food in rooms and they never said No. It's a super amazing resort with amazing staff, food and service. Special mention of staff names - who were always smiling and welcoming Vidya, Neha, Nitu and Fiza. Thank you so much.

The atmosphere is very nice. The property is quite beautiful, clean and peaceful. Service is really nice here the staff is very helpful. Food is also nice. Kids are provided with kids zone which is also very good. Swimming pool is also large and the use of chemical is less we didn't experienced any itching or redness after coming from the pool. In conclusion, the trip here was worth it.

Very good resort with best services. Staff is very good specially Rishabh and Himanshu from kitchen. |View from riverview room is awesome. My 4 year daughter is very happy here and don't want to go home. |Food is very nice they serve fresh and tasty food in buffet.

Location of the hotel is very good just along the river rooms are cozy and very spacious. Simarn at front desk is very supportive for doing the formalities for checkin. Food is tasty and good. Its a nice place to stay with family to spend leisure time.

Loved this place, food was amazing, loved every single dish. Chole bature was my favourite. All the staff especially | Neha, Netu, fiza, harrish, were very helpful. Lovely property, we enjoyed our stay here :) river side resort, library, kids entertainment makes it perfect place for family.

A Delightful Dining Experience at Panorama I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panorama restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. However, what truly set this dining experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Mahipal. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made our meal truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. While the food and service were top-notch, I do have one small suggestion for the resort management. It would be beneficial to provide a study table and chair in premium rooms near the pool. Despite requesting this multiple times, it was unfortunately not provided. Overall, I highly recommend Panorama restaurant for a wonderful dining experience.
