Bad Experience! Be carefull! Take everything in written! We pre booked 1 Room for 18-20 April directly through the owner. The owner said it will be 4600 in total including of Breakfast High Tea and dinner. When we reached there. The owner asked us more money(just double) . We had whole conversation recorded on whatsapp chats. He accepted that it was 4600 but he forgot to mention per day. He said there is some clerical error. He said we will be not able to provide high tea and dinner at this price. My wife and me had some argument about this non professional attitude then he agreed just on providing high tea and breakfast. Dinner was not included. The concept of pre booking means that the customer will be assured best service and that too in predetermined rates. Hotels and resorts cannot ask more money when the customer travels long way and during checkin. This is highly unprofessional. The customer will not have any choice but to stay. Majboori ka faida uthana. *Positive points about the stay is that the staff os very polite and nice, rooms are clean and well maintained. The property as a whole has good lights, sitting area and greenery. Food is just ok ok.

Such an amazing hotel! Stayed 2 nights because we had safari in Dhela and I have to say this was so far the best experience we had as a turists in India. Staff is amazing , very polite .. , service is quick and perfect. Rooms very clean, tidy. Nice garden area with a pool. Location is outside off the hustle of the city so you accualy get little bit peace and quiet, without all the honking etc, but close enough to Ramnagar if you need it. They even help us find taxi if we needed for a trip, which was really helpfull. And the food! Compliments to the chef on every level! Loved everything about this place

Rooms are good but food and service is very poor. We had to ask for everything multiple times . First food order and tea were pathetic even had some ants in tea but on complaint they replaced that. Location is in field area but that is OK OK

Not recommended for anyone. You book and pay still their excuse for your opted room category option. Nearby lot of options are there so avoid it.

Super Amazing stay with so much warmth among all the care takers. The place is clean, well maintained and has pool and garden area. Rooms are cozy and super clean. Washrooms are well fitted with all the things and are super clean. No complaints regarding cleanliness and hygiene. They also have terrace area which is nicely maintained with planters and have good sitting. Chef is very nice, humble and he makes sure to ask you for feedback with everything. The sweetest thing is that they served us breakfast at 5:30 in morning which we requested them night before. Perfect homestay with classy hotel like feeling and homely food which is served with great love. Definitely recommend this !!

Was a great experience with Wild Pensione Resort. Everything was perfect. They have a very well maintained & a clean property. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities provided a good balance of relaxation and recreation. The staff was very friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs. From check-in to dining experiences, the service was prompt and courteous, contributing significantly to a positive overall impression. Mrs Chopra's(owner of resort) passion for hospitality contributed significantly to the resort's warm and inviting atmosphere.
