The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were outstanding--always professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for. One of the highlights was the food. The resort offers a wide variety of delicious dishes that cater to different tastes including pahadi cuisine. Every meal was a delight, and it's clear that a lot of effort is put into ensuring guests enjoy the dining experience. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The swimming pool was empty during our stay in Nov month, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to relaxing by the pool. For those who enjoy taking photos, the resort could enhance its appeal by adding more scenic spots or photo-friendly installations to capture memorable moments. Further, mattress is ultra soft which may be a problem for some person including me. On the bright side, the bonfire experience was lovely, adding a cozy and enjoyable touch to the evenings. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with only minor areas for improvement. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would consider returning in the future.
