A Premium Furnace Experience - 0 Stars If I Could If you've ever wondered what it's like to book premium and premium deluxe rooms and then be transported into a survival simulation game--look no further. We booked two rooms for our out-of-town guests, and what a welcome they received! When we were shown the rooms, we were told they were "centrally air-conditioned." Perhaps they meant "centrally heated by the sun" because both rooms could have easily been used to bake bread in the morning. Our guests woke up sweating like they were in a sauna. Calls to the hotel staff were met with the same enthusiasm as a sloth on a Sunday. Absolutely no help. We had an elderly guest and asked for a stool in the bathroom. A simple request, you'd think. Apparently, providing a basic bathing stool is a Herculean task for this hotel. So we brought one from home. And the breakfast buffet? Our guests were instead handed a handwritten "menu" with five sad items scribbled in ink. Cold tea, toast that doubled as construction material, and food so subpar it made airline meals look like Michelin-star cuisine. In summary, if you want to test your guests' endurance, prepare them for extreme heat, unhelpful service, and breakfast that should come with a warning label--this is your place. Otherwise, I suggest you run in the opposite direction. You guys need to up your game !!! Not recommended.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful with clean n comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly n helpful and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

Centrally located , plenty of parking space, great hospitality, comfortable rooms, affordably priced. I highly recommend.
