Treebo Kanopy Greens

We booked 2 deluxe rooms online for a family of 4 people. There were 4 kids with us. We reached there to know that they gave away one of our room to someone else on a bigger price and gave us 1 deluxe room and 1 normal room on different floors. Refusing to stay in those rooms he was taunting and talking on fon that let them go another hotel for higher prices.... how can 8 people stay in room when we booked 2 rooms not one..... totally disappointed.... worthless hotel.. hopeless staff.... total waste of time , energy and mood....

Don't get much breakfast options, location and hotel vibe is dull. The guy at the reception is not very cooperative, in fact very rigid. If you are going to book through apps then it would be fine or else it will burn a hole in your pocket. In dinner you will get all the things in orange gravy, go for it if orange is your color

Overall ok. Staff is good, prompt room service, taste and food hygiene is also good. It is a good hotel if one is not expecting fancy or frills

Best place to stay, peaceful, cooperative staff, Clean rooms and beds, washroom also clean. Service is good, Food in there restaurant was amazing first time I like 3 times food from one place.. Breakfast included if you boo from Treebo app n it's on cheap rate from same app. Location is some odd. Recommended to others .

Good service in hotel kanopy greens hotel best room best food

It was definitely the best hotel in India I stayed at! It had a standard of really decent hotels in the western world. My room was very clean and spacious. There was hot water not only in the shower but also in the basin. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, however the selection and choices of food could be improved. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Manager Nalinikanta spoke English perfectly and was always smiling. He let us check-in earlier which was nice. We were even allowed to bring our own alcohol and consume it on the patio outside! Despite overall high quality of the hotel the nightly rate was still cheap.

Very comfortable stay. Clean rooms with all basic toiletries and towel. 24x7 hot water. Limited but nice and tasty breakfast. Polite staff, checking, checkout was smooth. Sandeep at reception is very courteous. Recommended.
