Dear Treebo Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and lodge a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of the receptionist at your property on May 9th and 10th, 2025. On May 9th, 2025, at approximately 12:10 PM, my fiancee came to visit me. The receptionist on duty rudely demanded her identification. While I understand the need for verification, I had already emailed a masked copy of her Aadhaar card to your property. To my dismay, the same situation repeated itself today, May 10th, 2025, at around 10:30 AM. When my fiancee arrived, a different receptionist(Harish) again insisted on seeing a physical ID, despite my informing him that I had already sent it via email. What I found particularly offensive and deeply disturbing was the receptionist's subsequent behavior during our conversation. He made insinuations and hinted that my fiancee and I were engaging in "some other adult activity." This kind of unprofessional and frankly, insulting behavior, especially in front of a woman, is completely unacceptable and has caused significant distress and embarrassment. I demand to know what kind of training your staff receives that allows for such rude and judgmental conduct. This behavior is not only a violation of basic courtesy but also potentially discriminatory and reflects poorly on the reputation of Treebo. I request a prompt investigation into this matter and expect appropriate action to be taken against the concerned receptionist. I also seek an explanation for this unacceptable treatment. I look forward to your swift response and resolution to this complaint. Few more things I would like to add. Breakfast Quality and Variety: The breakfast provided was extremely basic and repetitive. During my three-day stay, the menu did not change, and the quality of the food was below expectations. What was even more disappointing was the complete absence of fruits, which are generally considered a standard part of any hotel breakfast service. Hotel Location and Safety: The property is located approximately 150-200 meters inside from the main road. While this may be manageable during the day, the approach becomes uncomfortable at night. The area is poorly lit and reportedly frequented by individuals consuming alcohol, which raises serious safety concerns for families and female guests. Lack of Proactive Service: Basic amenities such as a toothbrush, shaving kit, etc., were not provided proactively. These had to be specifically requested, indicating a lack of attention to guest comfort and standard hospitality practices. Overpriced for the Value Offered: The overall rate charged is not justified by the quality of service and facilities provided. We recently stayed at this hotel and accidentally left behind a gold chain worth 3-3.5 lakhs in our room. Unfortunately, we were not informed about it by the hotel staff. When we realized and returned to collect it, the chain was returned to us, which we genuinely appreciate. Most of the staff were polite and helpful throughout the process. However, our experience with the manager was extremely disappointing. He spoke to us very rudely--almost in a threatening or intimidating manner--which was shocking and unprofessional, especially considering the situation. His behavior was completely out of line and does not reflect the otherwise good service provided by the rest of the team. We hope the hotel management takes note of this and ensures such interactions are handled more respectfully in the future.
Rooms are spacious and staff are courteous. Maintenance is not very good but staff is always ready to help. When we checked in, we found room was not cleaned properly but once we complained, it was cleaned again properly in 10 min. Breakfast spread is good and delicious.
Rooms are just fine. They offered a complementary breakfast in 4 days stay. It was the same menu all days with tasteless food. No options to breakfast.. Only 1 type of paratha, sandwich, poha & tea..everyday.. No fruits, salad, juice, no variety was avaialble. Very much disappointed.. We extended a stay for 4 hrs & initially asked us to pay 1400rs & at the time of billing, they asked for 2000rs. This is very unprofessional.. I will not recommend this hotel henceforth..

The hotel was good and the rooms were clean, the food was excellent and service was good. The staff were polite and professional. The things which missed out are the room slippers and the door mat the bathroom was not really good. Would suggest to keep more options at breakfast. But the price we paid was really affordable and the accordingly we got the service.
Nice property. Very nice staff. They upgraded our room without additional charges. Food and hospitality was very good. Location is just 200 mts from the main road which is acceptable.
