Treebo G K Residency

We stayed here during Feb25 month for two nights. We had booked two double bed rooms with 1 extra mattresses. Rooms were well maintained but small in size. Hotel is very close to Dehradun railway station that's why we stayed in this hotel. Inadvertently hotel staff has charged us for two veg spring roll plates which we never ordered from them. In a hurry during check out we did not even realised it and paid the amounts to hotel staff while checking out in the morning as we had our early morning train. Overall okay hotel near railway station.

"Our stay at the Treebo GK Residency was truly exceptional! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center ( Near Prince Chwok/Court) and major attractions like Robber's cave & Forest Research Institute (FRI). From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and welcoming. My special thanks to Ms. Shivani Aswal( Lady present at Reception Desk of Hotel GK Residency). Earlier we booked Home stay near Paltan Bazaar ( Home stay" Bedtails Hill view"), but owner of that Home stay didn't attend our repeated calls. We were stranded with family over road for over an hour/ felt cheated. We approached Hotel GK residency. She offered us cold water/ space for relaxing ourself. She offered us best possible room available within too reasonable prices in such a crisis situation & didn't took benefit of that situation. She even agreed to pay at time of Check-out & didn't took any single rupee during Check-in time. MS. Shivani is really a lady of Golden heart. She is indeed worth appreciation. Kuddos to Ms. Shivani & Entire Hotel's staff. Hats 'off with folded hands. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast/ dinner every day, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Thali is good option there, its too delicious with freshly cooked food. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dehradun ( Uttarakhand)." I rarely write negative reviews, but this place was absolutely unacceptable. The room was filthy--the floors hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks, there was dust everywhere, and the bathroom was disgusting with mold in the shower and a foul smell. The sheets looked used, and I even found hair on the pillow. It felt unhygienic and honestly, unsafe.

I don't like the rooms personally at all, they were dirty as compared to the price and even the walls were dirty. Also as written they provide early check-in which they have written in their booking that's a LIE. Rest, staff members are good i must say, specially the two boys of night duty and the one who cook and arrange breakfast.

It was a great experience. The room were kept clean and food was good. Easy to access from railway station too.

The staff is not trained, very bad behaviour no commitment from the hotel. The food was just as bead as the staff. Breakfast - it takes ages for them to do anything. |The rooms are full of dirt, |Service is responsive. |they charged Rs 100 for a 500ml soft drink. |Water - you have to rest them to switch on the pump if you wake up early. ||Not recommended |TRy JRJ or any other Hotel in Area. |Definitely not worth more then 1000||

During our recent stay at the GK residency, my family and I were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was comfortable and enjoyable. This property is very good as it has good proximity to the market. The staff is very cooperative. I went with my family, we loved quality of food. Complimentary breakfast was a good option. Overall staying here was a value for money.
