Very worst hotel. They offered me a dirty room even after online booking. No food served in dinner. No water bottle provided even after multiple requests. Rooms are not as they are visible in pics. Total scam. Go for another hotel

The rooms were not at all like the pictures shown; they were very old. The cleanliness was also not up to the mark.

Mineral water u want at night ..RESTURANT is closed ... Towels Dirty ... Service 1 star , Cleanliness 1 star ...

As of October 2024 Online booking as well as walk in options available. In online you may get offers n discounts. 3 food items and tea / coffee in complimentary breakfast menu is good quality and quantity. Food, laundry services available.

Very Good Premises & Hospitality.Some communication gap is there for hot water facility.Breakfast is not up to your hotel level best.

Worst experience ever.... We were allowed to check in with a small pet and then the manager asked us to leave the hotel at midnight.. it was my brother's engagement and I was asked to leave the premises because the pet was against the so called policies. No guest complaint about my dog and if it was such a huge problem they never should have allowed us to check in. The other manager was informed a week before about the pet and he agreed. Also when we were at the banquet hall one of their staff members crashed into our room to put the extra bedding without even asking. We were carrying a lot of cash and gold Say big no to this hotel.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional experience. The staff demonstrated impeccable hospitality, and I found the culinary offerings to be delightful. Their attentive assistance throughout my stay significantly enhanced my comfort and overall satisfaction.

The staff was also excellent - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
