It is a good hotel but, you have to ask for everything as it has no basic staff for everything (directions to nearest ATM, booking a cab to airport attached). Heater soap and shampoo in washroom (towel one for single occupants), AC, WiFi is good, small LCD TV, small double bed, restaurant attached and also room service. Communication in English and restaurant is sort of difficult if one does not know Hindi. Otherwise, basic amenities for overnight stay by families and business travellers. One hour each to Sahasradhara and Airport in different directions. If touring or transiting, this is a tough choice. If business visit to Dehradun, it is good.

Staff is very humble and responsive. Location is one of posh in Dehradun. Good for family stay. Breakfast is delicious and good buffet. Must visit place. Near to railway station and bus stand (1 to 1.5 km) away.
