The Solitaire Express

It was the worth experience with this hotel. As per the policy, the rooms are allocated at 2 pm but these people didn't get the rooms cleaned plus there was no water in the hotel. No one to see things and no one was worries if we were sitting on the receipetion area to ask for the water time. First day they said there is no water thn later at 12.30 in the mid night motor was not working. Horrible condition of all the rooms and we booked 6 rooms in this hotel. Washrooms were not cleaned, there was water flowing from roof. No food services where there is no water one should go and see how they were making food. there was no alternative also they they gave us. It was yukkkk feeling ever. Paying extra is not a problem but paying for such services is a problem. Will never recommend this place.

Disappointing Stay I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom also had a bad odor, and to make things worse, the tap was broken and barely usable. The electric kettle didn't work at all, and the intercom was completely non-functional, making it hard to reach the front desk. Overall, very poor maintenance. I expected better from a hotel of this standard.

Nice stay.... Staff was very coopretive during my stay at the solitaire express.. Services are good.. Fresh food clean room.... Near to local main market rajpur road.... Specious rooms and budget friendly hotel...... ................

We have very good experience with stay in Solitaire express, I can say the service they provide and customer care they taken was one of the best experience, breakfast was also nice here I can recommend this Hotel as this is budget friendly with good service and well behaved staff.

The hotel was very good.. it's close to all major locations including Tapkeshwar mandir, Paltan bazar, Clock Tower, Robbers cave etc.. We stayed for a day in March '25 last week, and it's was not crowded much even restaurant has provided breakfast with all veg options Poha, bread toast, chhola bhatura, aloo paratha.. Receptionist also very good and guided for all the visiting place in Dehradun.. She also suggested to have food in nearby Restaurant Tirupati which was awesome.. thanks for all hospitality !

We booked a room here for one night, specifically one with a window. However, there is no window in the entire hotel. This has been our worst experience. The room is filled with humidity and a bad odor, making it very uncomfortable. There is no cleaning on the floors or in the toilet. As mentioned, there is no window, which means no fresh air. To make matters worse, there is no hot water in the shower. I raised these issues with the staff, but they insisted everything is working fine according to them. The charges are extremely high, which is unimaginable for such poor conditions. Please consider this and don't waste your money. You can find something else with better price.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering fine-dining restaurant. The hospitality is very good. They have parking space. Rooms are not well painted but it's fine for 2-3 nights. Nearby markets are available. Booked from Agoda for cheap price, even directly trying to book from hotel, the receptionist was quoting higher price than Agoda.
