The Emerald Grand

Stayed at The Emerald Grand for a couple of nights and was really impressed! The location is excellent--right on the main road, so it's easy to find and great for getting around the city. One of the things I appreciated most was the ample parking space. It made check-in and getting in and out of the hotel super convenient, especially if you're driving. The staff were another highlight. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was warm, courteous, and always ready to assist. They made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a modern vibe. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the essentials. Overall, a great value for money. I'd definitely recommend The Emerald Grand for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

I booked about 25 rooms at the Emerald Grand for my daughter's wedding. All my guests had a very comfortable stay and were all praises for the room size, the staff and the food. The breakfast was very lavish and taste wise it was awesome. The lunch served was also very nice. On the whole the place is very nice and one must not think twice before booking it. Thanks to all staff for our stay a memorable one. They were really very very helpful. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives.||Thanks again !

We had a great experience at Emerald Grand for my wedding. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was satisfactory. A special thank you to Vikram Verma, whose dedication and attention to detail made everything even more memorable. Vikram sir truly made us feel like family and ensured that every aspect of the day was perfect. As i was very nervous about the decoration part, Vikram sir even managed my last minute changes very well. Overall , had a very nice experience and will surely recommend the place for wedding events!!

Toilet had urine stains all over (see pics attached). Door of the room 519 couldn't even be shut (see video attached). Breakfast wasn't served as a buffet on the pretext that there were only few guests in the hotel. The AC was set to heating ONLY and there was no option to cool the room when it was too warm. Hot water comes in the tap only after keeping it on continuously for 20-30 mins which is ridiculous. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty (see video attached).

I had booked this venue for my wedding and I am extremely satisfied with my choice. Operation Manager Mr. Vikram Verma is highly professional and ensured all our needs were appropriately addressed and delivered. The decoration for all the 3 events were exactly how we wanted. Would give 10/10 for hotel rooms, stay and hospitality.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms, food, service, beautiful banquet hall friendly staff!! I visited two days ago we had a family get-together in this hotel, we enjoyed the food, decoration and morning breakfast buffet. I will recommend this hotel to all my dear one thanks to all the emerald grand staff to making my event beautiful.

Before i start please understand i have travelled the world. Proof my insta: dive_out_ .......Now. Stayed there almost 20 times. Paying a hefty fee of 10000 each night only because i needed to and was close to home. One night i just spilled a bit of dal on the sheet and they also harassed me for 4100 rupees it seems like they have a pattern. Absolutely ridiculous. Never go there. You spill even a bit and they will harrass and fight. Their manager some idiot is of no use either. And also they will come up with some half assed nonsense reply and please don't believe them. Im a dedicated traveller. Check my profile on insta: dive_out_ and you will see i only give out good and have travelled the world and this was an anomaly for me and will be for you too. These people are just egotistical thieves. Stay away from this hotel
