The Cocoon - Boutique Stay and Party Lawns

We stayed at this beautiful place for 5 nights,|Excellent location and most importantly the positive vibes of this place. Hundreds of Lychee trees and green lawn and just felt so close to Mother Nature. We felt so relaxed and comfortable over here. I must say the service was great and top notch. It's a family own business and they really go extra mile to look after their guest.||Great location and very close to everything. ||I read some negative reviews but with our experience I can definitely say those people who have left those reviews they will do the same everywhere they go. I have worked in hospitality industry for nearly 20 years and I know how people provide negative reviews to get something for free.|I would definitely recommend this place and would suggest to experience this place yourself.|Our room was on the upper floor which was recently renovated, good size room, clean and plenty of space. Beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. We travel a lot and I think that was definitely a good value for money. There are some rooms which are not recently renovated and the price is cheaper than the rooms on the upper floor. We witnessed an incident where a couple booked the cheaper room and created a scene demanding for the upgraded room for free. Felt sorry for the staff as some people demands everything for free and if not they use the online tool to give bad reviews. All the information on their website was accurate so I don't understand why people show their cheap behaviour, you get what you pay. If you want luxury you pay for it don't expect it to be free.||We will stay here again and will definitely recommend it to all our friends and families.||Thank you for your great hospitality.

The hotel is set back from the road with an orchard in the front giving it a peaceful feeling, away from busy street noise, like a cocoon! The name also comes from the history of the property - it was a silk factory originally. We spent a wonderful evening in the comfy lobby with Bhagyashree (owner's daughter) who was a joy to talk to and super helpful proving travel tips and help with getting dinner. The grounds were beautiful with large trees, gardens, and lawns! The room was large and clean and had all the amenities we needed. There is parking on the property. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Me and my friend stayed there on 19th April. The property is lill out side from the city. It's a well maintained property. Rooms are pretty hood and big. Very clean. They have a big garden. We had garden view room. Which we really liked. ||Only thing was missing , they don't provide complementary breakfast . They don't have kitchen so one should order food from outside by other online services. ||Otherwise our staying was good.

Great people. Stayed there for a day and they even got my car washed as a surprise. The property is clean and the tariffs are genuine. Please consider staying at this place over others in the locality.

The property entrance is spacious & greeted by lawns & several litchi trees! It's super clean & ambience is minimalist that gives calming effect. The highlight of this property & that leaves a lasting pleasant memory is the hospitality of both Bhagyashree & Sanchit! They are both great hosts, came across as loving & caring young couple who treated us like their own family members. I am now their permanent guest whenever I am around Dehradun

The rooms and toilets are clean. The one thing that stands out is that the beds have orthopaedic mattress rather than cheap spring mattress found in hotels. This simply added the comfort multifold during the stay.
