"Terrible service and unprofessional staff - stay away!" This hotel is an absolute disgrace. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of infuriating. The staff was unbelievably unhelpful, rude, and arrogant, acting as though doing the bare minimum was a favor. We asked for tea, and it took over 40 minutes to arrive. We finally cancelled it, but they had the audacity to demand payment for it the next day! We also requested an extra blanket, but it never came. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and despite multiple requests, no one bothered to respond or fix the issue. The landline in the room didn't work, and when we tried calling reception through other means, they were unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, they didn't fulfill a single request we made during our stay. The behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional and arrogant. It felt like they went out of their way to ignore and inconvenience us. Avoid this place at all costs - it's a waste of time, money, and patience.

The room had no hot water, and despite repeated complaints, no one bothered to address the issue. To make matters worse, the landline in our room wasn't working, and the reception was completely useless when we tried to reach them for help. It felt like no matter what we asked for, the staff's response was either silence or outright refusal. This place is a prime example of how not to run a hotel. Avoid it at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Booked for two days as we were coming back from Mussoorie and nag tibba trek.and was tired. I must say that we couldn't find more better option to stay , view from the roof is wonderful. This will be my go to stop in Dehradun in future too. Kudos to the hotel management

It's an atrocious place,the worst stay experience of my life. Location is horrible. Staff is very rude and horrible. Service is pathetic. Very untrustworthy place to stay. Highly disappointed.|Everything about this place is misleading . It is not located on Rajpur road but way inside on Canal Road . It has a kabadiwala right next door. The rooms are horrible and they charge you extra.

I had the amazing experience staying at this hotel, staff is supportive and provide fast resolution to any query. Had a great time on roof top cafe.

This is such a beautiful property. Me and my family was very happy being here for two days stay. 18 Bodyguards is one of the best Bar and Restro in Dehradun.

The hotel has a great ambiance. The rooftop adds on the experience. The staff is cooperative and the cleanliness is top notch. Highly recommended.

This is the best on a budget let's say hotel I been so far here in Dehradun. Staff is super friendly , it's close to everything you need , shops ,street food , nightlife. Of course it has some minor problems but as for India this hotel in a perfect stay!
