Super Hotel O Canal Road

I stayed for a few hours with my child. The room was comfortable, but the staff was just average--neither welcoming nor friendly. I felt uncomfortable as I was carrying two bags and my child, yet received no assistance with my luggage. They simply handed me the room key and directed me to the room without any instructions. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. However, there were no towels provided, and they didn't offer complimentary water; you have to purchase it. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience

The room, location and check in experience were all absolutely outstanding. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The location was convenient and beautiful and the check in process was smooth and efficient.

Worst service, basic amenities like soap, towel or even cleaned rooms, the rooms stinked of cigarettes, worst service from the staff too.

Staff was not good..we travelled the whole night and reached the hotel before our time it was raining outside and time was 6 am. We asked for the room and he said the room will be available on time only.. we said it's okay.. we waited there almost 1 hour and he didn't even ask to sit and was sleeping on the sofa.. we stood there almost 1 hour.. The worst feeling was pucha tak nahi ki aap baith jao... Khade rahe hum wahan... Then we left from there.. I will strongly not recommend it to anyone... Worst staff.. agar staff hi accha nahi hai hotel ka kya karoge aap... Atleast insaniyat toh honi hi chahiye.. bad Experience

The rooms are not clean at all, the blankets are torn from the sides.

The check in experience was flawless, with a warm welcome and prompt service. The location of the hotel was perfect.

Hope I could provide 0 or negative rating. The room is a disaster. The service is even worse. We even saw cockroaches in the room. Room service doesn't bother to listen at all. Even the towels are provided on request. There is no Oyo vanity kit in the bathroom. All the fittings look very dirty. The common areas such as lift and lobby are also kept very dirty. Overall a very dirty hotel with even worse service and cannot be recommended to anyone.
