Super Capital O Hotel Crestwood Inn

I have stayed at Hotel Crestwood several times, booking through OYO. While the rooms are great when the price on OYO is high, I've had disappointing experiences when booking at lower rates. The receptionist, in particular, has assigned substandard rooms, even when my booking included amenities like AC, and then demanded extra payment for the AC room. It also seems they use OYO to attract guests but attempt to make us pay directly, without linking the booking to OYO. Additionally, I don't think this hotel is a good option for couples, as their behavior toward us has been strange and uncomfortable. Overall, it's an unprofessional and frustrating experience.

staff behavior was good. food was good but don't try chicken fry its bad.. but..... room balcony was not clean bedsheet, pillow etc was not clean too much late water cooler filling washroom tap was broken all time you will be needed to use keys to lock unlock doors from inside room. dont book hotel that is of oyo but in mmt reason.. i booked 2 adults and 1 child oyo hotel recd. 2 adults with no child and in Start they refused to give check in ..later its shorted out but it took aprx 30 min to 45 min we were standing outside without check in.. early check not possible here too.. but i feel its a big mistake of MMT not oyo for delay in check in..

Really horrible experience . In photos it's looking its the best place to stay but in real it's very bad , i reached at 11 AM they denied my check-in, so i came back at 12 PM , after i entered room , TV was slightly tilted and at the verge of falling and even after asking for AC Remote no one came till now. https://youtu.be/fvY8AEh8Q_A Watch out this video i made in hotel for more info of this room & If you can't find video Search @SoothingHotels on YouTube and get that video. I used Mi Remote to control AC, No blanket was provided until i asked for it , For shower cold water coming from hot water mode. no batteries were present in Tv Remote amd set top box channels wasn't working. After all i decided to sleep when i was almost fall asleep i found two massive cockroaches entering into my blanket , and after that i got really worried to sleep or not. And in morning i found cluster of hair under the bedsheet. Overall if you are thinking to spend 1K on hotel try something good.

Very bad experience. Misleading photos online.Non accommodating staff.,specifically one Rahul. They wont even help with luggage, you have to take it on your own.At 9 am, staff is sleeping so they won't help.Torn bedsheets, non functional plug points coming out of sockets, dirty linen and on top of that they will wrongfully charge you. Housekeeping staff locks themselves in empty bedrooms.PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

The prices are nominal but even if you're paying 1300 per night, its expected that the rooms would be clean. The rooms were very dirty, the floors were dirty, the bedsheet was stained, no towels were provided, there was no tissue roll in the washroom and the bed was dirty, the pillows were smelling. I wouldn't recommend someone who's wanting a good clean room at this price point. There are cheaper hotels than this that provide a good clean ambience for the amount paid.

The Room was neat & clean and the best part was Balcony with covered trees and colony view with hills. When you wake in the morning and take a sip of tea or Coffee at the balcony definitely, you will feel Alive. staff behaviour is very good

Very dirty place, uncleaned flooring, unwashed bedsheet and quilt with many stains, washroom with insects, hair and all possible dirt, staff is least bothered with your inconvenience, I got remote of airconditioner after 3 hours of check in! Rooms and balcony are spacious.

Beware of these scammers. They are Bogus people. They confirmed my booking even I paid in advance and they harassed us by not providing the room at midnight 12 am, I had an exam next morning and they greedy people denied the room allocation to me. He even told Oyo can't do anything to them and better take some other property. He offered a room of double price and told to take that otherwise take other property
