Sunrise Hotel

Nice hotel for marriage party n family functions!. Rooms are luxurious, food is overpriced, service is good . Food quality is good. Ample parking space.

Good place for gathering like Marriage Anniversary, Birthday, Seminar and other Functions.

Decent rooms for the price and good location. Food was also good.

Great location. Well designed. Spacious rooms. Low noise even though the hotel is bang on Rajpur Road. Attended a wedding party. Non existent service almost rude. No electric iron on request. Great infra, not well kept. Safe and secure. Good for families as long as you expect least service from staff. I feel for the owner of the hotel who has put such a great boutique hotel which deserves 5 stars in my rating but the customer service or lack of it destroys at least 2 of the 5 stars. At best 3 out of 5 stars at the moment. If you are the owner of this hotel reading this, you are losing at least 15-20% revenues on the table because of your staff.

Cleaning and hospitality are below average. Reception staff took photo of my adhaar card which keeping cyber frauds in mind should not be done.

Location is great Staff behaviour very very good Food service is also nice But Proper water is not comming inside bathroom No proper drainage of water from bathroom Bedsheet & towel is dirty

Overall it's good. But the first room was not allotted as shown in picture. But later on there was problem in the bathroom. So they changed and then they allotted the right room as shown in booking picture. Otherwise it's all good. As we didn't ordered food so can't give review about it. But they have pub on their rooftop which was AWESOME .

Quality of beds is very bad. Couldn't sleep all night. Matressess are of very low quality. No towels in rooms and paan stains on washroom walls.
