Seedling Homes

First of all this is not a homestay - this is a HOTEL. So don't get confused by its name. The owner of the property seems does not know the definition of homestay. They have created own 5 star ratings on google just to market their property. However, the reality is something else. We have never ever experienced such dirty and unhygienic property ever in our life. And above all the rules of the hotel suddenly change after you pay them the initial booking amount. Never fall into their trap. Its owner intimidates guests for giving true feedback on Google. Do read the feedbacks with 1 rating once before booking.

Worst homestay. Rooms full of insects , spiders and pests. Dirty bed sheets, seepage and leakages all over the bathroom. Food was the worst...better if you do fasting if you are staying there. Caretaker is a foolish person who doesn't know anything. One caretaker does laundry, house keeping, accountancy, front office, chef everything. And above all the owner is a rigid man who argues on every topic once you have paid initial booking amount. Never ever book this property. I am short of words while writing about this homestay

Pathetic hotel. Totally unhygienic. Full of insects and spiders. It seems as if the Owner stays far from the property and never looks at the way guests are treated. It is constructed only for money and customer service is no where in mind. Must book this hotel if you want to waste your money.

Seedling Homestay is very beautiful place.Full property surrounded by nature...Morning view is awesome...Will make your day & Rooms are very clean and staff behaviour is very polite. I recommend to everyone... mostly couples & family please visit once...and enjoy your day with #SeedlingHomestay.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed. The most dirtiest and unhygienic rooms, sheets and washrooms one can ever imagine.

I had a peaceful stay at Seedling homestay. Great Location + clean and comfy room + great service.

Apart from location, everything is poor about this Homestay. The rooms just appear good - even the suite room have no ventilation. The window doens't open and no space for air to come. They charge extra for AC. The caretaker often disurbs you with one thing or another. You can't even call your people and enjoy your time as they restrict it and also outside canopy is not covered - it is just a shopiece. A homestay can't get bad than this - unless you want to pay for a showpiece

I can summarise this hotel in three words. "Third class hotel".
