recently stayed at Ramada Dehradun and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure that I was comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Mukesh, and Mr. Deepak for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They truly went the extra mile to make my stay memorable.||The ambience of the hotel is lovely, offering a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The overall service was prompt and professional, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.||I had a great time during my stay and would definitely recommend Ramada Dehradun to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

We were upgraded to a suite room on arrival. We had the best experience at Ramada. I will surely recommend Ramada to my friends and family. All the services were quick and professional. We had a great time there. Looking forward to my next stay.

We recently visited Ramada Dehradun for dinner as a group of 10 family members. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected from a reputed hotel. To begin with, there was no table readily available for a group of 10. Although a waiter initially guided us to sit, we had to request multiple times to have two tables joined to accommodate us properly. Eventually, they arranged it, but the table provided had a non-functional air conditioner, and the chairs and sofas were noticeably dirty and clearly in need of deep cleaning or dry cleaning. We had to ask to be moved again, which took another 10 minutes. When it came to ordering, we first requested the tandoori platter, but the server insisted we opt for a Chinese platter instead because the tandoor was not operational -- something we feel should have been communicated upfront. The snacks we ordered were of good quality, which was the highlight of the meal. However, when we ordered soup, basic accompaniments like vinegar and garlic sauce were only provided after asking three times. Additionally, even before the snacks were served, the server repeatedly asked us to place the main course order. We found this quite inconvenient as we hadn't even seen the quantity of the starters yet, which would have helped us decide what to order next. While the overall food quality was average, the breads served with the main course were particularly disappointing -- they were not up to standard at all. In our opinion, the property is in need of renovation and the staff needs better training in hospitality and service etiquette. The experience did not match the expectations one would have from a Ramada hotel.

A very comfortable hotel in the heart of the city yet the rooms are away from the hustle of the city noises. The staff is very cordial and supportive . Rooms are aesthetically designed with window silo sitting added. Liked and towels and crisp and clean . Their rooftop restaurant is beautiful and they had live singing for us one evening though it was just two us ladies in the entire restaurant, which we really appreciated. Also, the hotel is conveniently located near some good eateries so you have option to eat put if you are staying for a couple do days Overall a great experience

The room was very comfortable and the Food was great. The Room service was also very quick. The hotel is located near to the market. the checkin and checkout process was also very smooth and quick. Overall the stay was very good and totally value for money

Room was big and spacious. food was good. rooms are little outdated. towels need to be replaced. valet parking needs more people specially when there is a social function in the hotel. rooms - 7/10 cleaniness - 8/10 food (bf) - 7/10 location -8/10

Its a Fabulous property recommend for all type of guests mainly the owner of the property is very good... staff of the property is calm and with helpful nature... food is also good... I like snacks.... Coffee... and the cleanliness of the property is also good.. nothing need to change everything is good
