Imagine, you (and your guests) arrive for the wedding festivities and no rooms are available because the resort has given the reserved rooms to others. You did pay for those to be reserved in advance, but the resort gave away the rooms to others anyway! Reservation, commitment, reliability, quality: key aspects you need in your once-in-a-lifetime function / destination wedding are missing here. What you see in a recee is not what you get. So, I speak from a real wedding experience. Being remote, the cellular network is poor. Can't use phone. The Internet is even worse, keeps disconnecting and is unavailable in many venue locations within the resort. So how do we communicate?! Being on a steep hill, you can't just walk from one end to another, and need to use carts which operate infrequently and have high waiting times. Look at other reviews, people report waiting upto 45 minutes for a ferry to reception! Most staff is temporary, and thus untrained. Food services are not at par either. There was a 24 hours momos/maggie stall during our time, and I feel that was more of hit than the restaurant/food services of the resort itself. Property is littered including key locations around venues where events are held within the resort. So, your guests get to navigate through such scenes. Time coordination and management in readying the venues for the events is also extremely poor. Summarily, to avoid disappointment for your once-in-a-lifetime functions, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I visited this resort after I got a recommendation from facebook,there are few things that were an actual turn off for me: 1. The staff is way less professional than the level that is expected to handle such resorts. 2. The resort is vast and so it is really under-maintained. 3. The rooms are pricey and upkeep is not upto the mark. So it's a compromised deal if you stay here at the price they offer you. I'm sure there are better properties out there.

Resort is situated among the deep jungles . Ultimate location for nature lovers , if the management improve food quality & services ; it will come out to be best in this area . Front seat staff is very eager to charge for everything & anything ; but if asked about services ... their waiting period increase more than Indian judiciary system . Mobile connectivity & signal problem is another issue.

Resort is situated in deep jungles.location is pretty much impressive,quality of food & service is good. The restaurant is in great place, as you see the Nature, along with food Thanks for making my one day stay Memorable.

The location is only the best part of this property. Other then that everything is average and below standards. 1.) Cottages are totally waste of money, don't stay in them. There was a small baby rat in the room. Also a spider was found in some clothes which were hanging in the bathroom. 2.) Restaurant food is good and tasty, but the service is horrible. There is no coordination between the waiters and the kitchen. Chef Pradeep is very cooperative and makes sure u r relishing every meal. 3.) WiFi is pathetic everywhere. There's no network in the property & 10 times u have to connect the wifi. It automatically disconnects after sometime. 4.) During check out we waited for 45 minutes for the buggy to come. 5.) Despite the name wellness luxury resort, There wasn't a single masseuse available at the spa. We didn't get a single massage done. So basically it's a 2 star ordinary resort. Not a wellness centre. 6.) Owner is careless and doesn't take any suggestions. He is only interested in destination wedding and should promote this property as such. 7.) Don't follow the Google location. It's wrong. Don't go, u will regret.

The Punarnava Resort is situated between saal forest and the Mountains , The place where you feel the Nature, i saw the natural spring , sound of birds in the morning, i go for a jungle track, the staff is well trained, The Restaurant is in great place, as you see the Nature, along with your food. Thanks for make my one week trip Memorable.

Restaurant service not available to outsiders... They should have mentioned at the time of booking regarding the same.. they only entertain people who have reserved their booking... Pathetic
