I had Fun in that place the rent is not to much spacious room can work on service but overall it's a good hotel to stay

Very bad service, we had to leave our luggage from the receptionist at the reception at 10 pm and when we checked in at 12 pm they asked for 300 rupees extra, the staff did not listen to the receptionist and asked for our money and when we checked in, they asked us a lot. Spoke abusive language in the bathroom at nightthere was no water

Clean rooms, good hospitality. The AC in our room wasn't working, so they quickly gave us another room. The Hotel owner was very polite and cooperative. He received and returned Amazon deliveries on my behalf when I wasn't around. I also stayed there with my parents, they made our stay very comfortable. Hospitality 5/5 Food 3/5 Cleanliness 5/5

VERY CONVENIENT, AND AFFORDABLE FOR EACH AND EVRYONE, AND THE STAFF IS VERY COPERATIVE ESPECIALLY MIHIR SHARMA .. VERY NICE AND HELPFUL PERSONALTY IN THE HOTAL... MUST GO TO HOTEL QUEENS PEARL INN.

My room was not as clean as expected. AC was old-style and makes noise. Hotel management didn't severed water. I had to call room service for two times to get water and finally after half an hour they served water. Toilet flush was not working properly. Room and toilet were big and spacious. They had nice, small dinning table and chairs in the room. I had dinner which was very bad (Paneer Lahori was worst, Sabzi Bhuna Masala was also bad but Dal Dhama was okay/tasty). Surprisingly complimentary breakfast was GOOD.(Omelette bread, Veg Sandwich and coffee) Instead of king size bed (single piece) they had joined 2 single bed, which separates from middle and was uncomfortable.

Very good homestay with all basis facility. Recommend for safe and comfortable stay.

Average hotel in reasonable price and it will not disappoint you. My stay was comfortable but there were many small things which lead me to give 3 star. Rooms were spaciousness which is good thing, it is near ISBT which is another good things about this hotel. Furniture seem to be old and not well maintained rooms. Staff was courteous.

Basic place. Good rooms, sufficient size, neat and clean bathrooms, pleasant ambience. Restaurant is spacious and serves tasty food. Value for money. Quiet far off from city centre. Nearer to ISBT. Those driving their vehicle can take it as an option. Don't expect anything in the morning till 8 am. If you are early riser or have to take off early in the morning, make sure to carry your basic ingredients for morning.
