I booked a room through Agoda and when i reached the hotel at 4 AM, they denied the room. They dismissed the booking. When i asked them strictly for an answer, they tried to offer a room without AC at the same price and it was in very bad condition. Agoda customer service tried to reach them but they were not responding. It was a horrible experience. I was taken aback seeing that they have to excellent rating on Agoda and 4 star on Google. I want to give the 0 star rating, but there is no option. And this place is not at all recommended for families.

I had booked several rooms for my guests and the service was very good. The hotel staff is humble and least disturbance is maintained by the staff once you check in. Rooms are spacious and the location of the hotel is also on the main road. Parking facility is also there. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

A pocket friendly option for a vacation in the hills. This hotel had all the things needed. Clean rooms, pleasant ambiance, polite staff and complimentary breakfast. Not many options for breakfast though and parking was a bit of an issue. But otherwise fine.

The staff at the establishment is highly accommodating, particularly Vishal, who provided exceptional assistance during my late check-in. Not only did he assist me with parking my vehicle, but he also ensured that my entire stay was comfortable and satisfactory.
