OYO 9978 Hotel Calista

Very bad experience. There were many insects in the bathroom. The rooms were not clean during check in, when we asked the staff and showed that the room was dirty they started arguing that the room was cleaned. Not recommended.

We had haldi and mehendi ceremonies at the hotel. Experience was very good. Staff of the hotel is very supportive and respectful. We had an amazing stay there. Party hall and lawn are too good, gives high end feel at inexpensive rates.

Worst experience with food there was so many things in menu but only very few things were available and rooms average

Third class hotel services, very disappointed very bad experience

The rooms are good but one should choose one with the balcony. AC of the room I stayed in was very good. Bathroom was clean and everything in the bathroom was working. The service is good. But morning tea is served at 8 as the staff joins at around 7:30am. Food is good. Attitude of the people at reception is extraordinary while of other service staff is good.

I was surprised that after my one day stay in the hotel staff asked me next day evening that they are going to change my room due to some leakage problem and assure me that they are going to shift me in the same room or better than this. I agree for that but the room allotted to me was not so good as compared to first one. However the hotel staff was very good and polite. Overall experience was good.

Not value for money. Bathrooms are not good as per the room prices. Very basic, average hygiene maintained. They won't give you a good room if you're booking online. They'll ask for additional money or book offline at a higher price if you want a decent room. It's ok if you get the room for Rs. 1000. I had to book it offline and had to pay Rs. 2000 for a basic average room. Not recommended at all.

Rooms are not so good but ok ok / But the staff and specially manager mr kunwar G is so humble polite down to earth and helpfull guy / Rates are so good but food is not that much tasty / Well you can visit here for good service / Mr manager is a great guy who will ready to help you here for everything / Recomended positively
