Oshins retreat

On the 18th of April 2025, I left Delhi with excitement thinking about the Swimming Pool and stay and how happy my daughters will be. Clean Swimming pool was a pre-requisite for this trip and was confirmed by the host that it would be clean and ready. Just before reaching, I was surprised to hear that the pool is not ready due to bad weather on 17th April. He promised that the pool would be ready by evening. The pool was dark green by evening and he suggested that it is clean and ok for swimming. My toddlers played in that water but by evening we started collecting frogs from the pool. I do not know how on earth is a swimming pool clean in such a shorter time frame. He should have given me the true information and I could have opted for other options. Coming to the rooms, we were charged 4500 with breakfast for 3 per room. Initially when the rooms were opened we had a stale and bad smell from the toilet. The doors were kept open and we ignored it. We had to shift to a different room to eat due to the smell. The owner was made aware of the smell. The rooms are ok but not worth this 3 star prices. The smell at night was very bad and we were hardly able to sleep. Had to keep the door open to let the smell go away. I told this to the host in the morning but he disagreed to it and that did not go well with me. I guess he thought I am saying this for a discount on the final bill. Next day morning the pool was still the same and not clean. I had to leave for another resort as I was feeling cheated of 17k for one night in this so called resort.

Nice place surrounded by nature ..to frame it short Its a Home away from Home..had a nice time here with my family ..clean rooms and service was very quick ..kids enjoyed a lot in swimming pool ..overall experience was good ..

Oshin's Retreat offers a very comfortable stay which has a perfect view & atmosphere. It's very clean, food is great, scenic and kids friendly. I would definitely go back. Staff & owners are very courteous.

If you r looking to escape from the daily grind of life then Oshin's Retreat is the place to be! I was truly mesmerized by the retreat's beautifully built cottages and the picturesque surreal view of the mountains that it has to offer! The host greeted us very warmly on our arrival! Rooms were spacious and also very cozy coz of the wooden built. Food was exceptional! It was super duper chilly and the only way to soak up in the warmth outside was to stand near the bonfire which we loved! We will surely revisit this place once again to recharge our souls!
