Olive Greens Homestay

This was my second visit to this beautiful homestay and it was even much better than last time. Rooms are renovated now. We stayed in first floor twin room and it was fantastic. Host Karan and his mom Mrs Pooja bhati are exceptional hosts and i strongly recommend this homestay. Everything is fabulous. 10/10.

The location is amazing amidst of a lot of greenery and secluded the cottages are cozy and comfy clean and hygienic, and also I personally love the amenities,The host is really well spoken and polite guy and it's easily approachable. Highly recommended.

We stayed for four nights in the Garden suite, which included a bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Our host Karan was very reactive and helpful. He provided us with contacts for bike rental and taxi service as well as recommendations of good restaurants nearby. There is a good restaurant right next to the house with a good view. There is a tiffin service available as well which provides simple but good quality food for a reasonable price. The mountain view suite was unoccupied during our stay and our host gave us permission to enjoy the good view of the mountains from the terrace next to the suite. Compared to the photos, we found certain discrepancies that we would like to highlight : Every morning there were monkeys running over the sheeted roof. The garden suite room was small and in dire need of a complete renovation. Everything (bathroom, kitchen, beddings, etc.) including appliances in the kitchen like the microwave is quite old. The garden suite is against the shared-wall with the neighbours. Every evening and throughout the night, we could hear the neighbours fighting loudly. For the price and the photos provided, we expected a better room. The positive reviews seem to be linked to the mountain suite room.

Excellent, clean and peaceful homestay. Main attractions at Mussoorie are easily accessible from this location. A person should really visit the place and stay to feel that peace.

I've stayed at olive greens quite a few times, and each time my experience has been great. The rooms are clean and cozy. It feels like home. The host of the property, Karan is always there for any help we need. I would highly recommend staying here and enjoy the peaceful vibe the place has.

Be it questions about food, travel, rooms or anything area related. We got an answer for everything along with a heartfelt smile. It felt like a home done better. Our mountain view unit was definitely better than the pictures. This is one Homestay where the pictures are better than reality. The pictures do no justice to the charm, aesthetic, beauty and sheer prettiness of the place. Be it the TV wall or the profile lighting, the comfy sheets and pillows or the readily accessible kitchen with sweet China, everything has been chosen with care, affection and for the guests comfort. The wifi connection, and the warm ac and the constant supply of hot water in our luxury bathrooms were perfection too! And watching the Oscars on the large TV wall was super special. I am beyond touched at the hospitality, the views, the loveliness, the quiet location in the middle of Central Rajpur Road, of Olive Greens Homestay. And if I could, I'd give it more than 5 stars. They were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality added to the overall warmth and charm of the hotel. In summary, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. With its excellent amenities, cozy rooms, and the delightful wide open terrace, it truly exceeded my expectations.
