Nd Manor Hotel Dehradun

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. There was no hot water and the bathtub which was supposed to be clean but was very dirty and had hair in it.The bathtub even had a jacuzzi but it did not work. The room's condition was the worst the wallpaper were torn and the room's lighting was very dim.The room service was very poor. We asked them to fix the bathtub or at least give us hot water but they told they will come fix it and they did not come for fixing even after we asked them two time. We stayed from 11th may to 12th may as the vibe of the place was very bad.

Patyetic hotel, very bad behavior by staff. Poor services, we've stayed last night there and there no hygiene marinated in property also they charged us for water bottles. When we re checking out they threten us that they will give check out. Even though we've raised complaints. Worst hotel in dehraun

I stayed at this hotel with my friends for around six days while visiting Doon University. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the management. Below are some of the issues we faced, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their service quality: Poor Service Quality: We had to repeatedly ask to get the room cleaned. Inconsistent Room Pricing: The room prices were inconsistent. For instance, we were given small rooms (Room 201) for three people to share, even though larger rooms were available, and we paid the same amount (3200). Dishonest Behavior: When we inquired about larger rooms, we were told they weren't available. Later, we discovered this was untrue. When we questioned the reception, they rudely replied, "Talk to whoever gave you the room." Hot Water Problems: There were no individual geysers in the washrooms. The central heating system was often turned off, leaving us without hot water when needed. Slow Staff: The staff was very slow, and we had to wait over an hour to receive the bill. Key Issues: There weren't enough keys for the rooms. Staff frequently used master keys to unlock rooms, causing inconvenience as we had to wait for them to open our doors.

Hotel is very Good atmosphere, value for money, rooms are neat and clean, staffs are very cooperative, You will get lots of food options, and familiar stay was there. Breakfast was awesome and tasty as well.

One of the most Pathetic experience. Staff is very slow. No one pics calls on reception anytime you call in whole day. Stale food is there in drawers for 2 days of old client and house keeping team not even bother to check and clean that. You have to remind staff again and again for everything you had asked for. They are charging for everything but when you come there is nothing which you feel like worth paying. Will not recommend this to anyone.

I would have rated 0 if that would be option for this hotel and its staff members. Pathetic manager vasu doesn't know what to inform to customer and while visiting they will behave like they have not said this earlier. Dont ever book or visit this hotel since they are all liars.

Amazing stay at the property, all our needs were taken care of by the staff. Breakfast spread was great. The hotel is located Dun which has all the nice restaurants. Overall stay and enjoyed the hotel

Not even worthy of a star ... I wish I cold have given a negative star .... I don't believe it's a 3 star hotel please don't go with the Google rating I think these are fake reviews given by the hotel management.... To increase the inflow of people but please I request you to not go to this hotel and spoil you mood and travel because of this hotel... The rooms are horrible full of dust and the walls paint is chipping off due to water seepage... The hotel looks fabulous from the front ... But it's right next to a sewage... If u don't want to get malaria or dengue due to the amount of mosquitos here please don't come to this hotel for stay.... And the issue with the key oh my god !! It's like begging them to enter the room provided... The keys don't work... Changed rooms twice and both the room keys don't work... Got struck outside room the hotel guy had to climb into the balcony to open the door this is the situation of the hotel .... THIS IS THE REALITY CHECK.... DONT GO WITH THE GOOGLE RATING AND THE 3 STAR HOTEL NAME ITS NOT WORTHY OF THE MONEY !!!
