We recently visited d.dun and had a stay in this hotel. To my surprise the rooms were so clean and bathrooms were so hygienic i absolutely felt comfortable and didn't want to leave. It was spacious, cozy with a nice view. We booked 2 rooms in urgency due to heavy rainfall and they both were top notch at reasonable price. We just had one complain that they don't provide lunch or dinner service which is fine but that day we're starving and roads were blocked due to which online food deliveries were hard to find and we felt the much needed availability of in hotel kitchen service. Again that was situational which is fine and our overall experience was remarkable. Whenever I'll visit dehradun i would really love to stay in this hotel with reasonable price.

They are cheats. They have not send the food bill that I have been inquiring about for the last one week. I have not received any bill from your side. No service. Order the food and you will receive it after one hour. A plain parantha and coffee takes them an hour to prepare. On Google map they have two names super oak woodhouse and mayvilas. You will get confused. They don't have any dental kit which is the basic amenity provided by any hotel.

Worst hotel to stay. Cockroach infested rooms with smelling washrooms. Unprofessional waiter and receptionist along with worst room service. They don't even pick up calls. Overcharged and worst staying place. Unsupportive staff with no complimentary water bottles. Very dirty. Stay away if not wanna fall I'll.

I had booked the room online a day before, next day after giving the exam when i enquired about the room they told me that the hotel was full and they couldn't provide me with the room. If the rooms are full then why are you taking online bookings mark them sold out at least the individual will try somewhere else. I had heard a lot about the hotel and wished to visit it but had a bad experience in starting. How beautiful a hotel may be but if a single visitor is facing a problem then what's the point of all this. You are here with a negative review.

Good experience overall,,The staff was supportive, reception is helpful,, rooms were tidy, might need a bit more ventilation, the food is not good though,,,,so you might need to visit kalsang which is just a minute away.

Under new management; this hotel drastically improved and everything is perfectly great. Nice rooms, bar and most importantly outdoor bar at roof top is unbelievably fantastic.

Nice place to stay under one roof. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very supportive and helpful.

It is what I am looking for from the last 2 years in Dehradun, but with this premium accommodation on such a low price is totally worth it, (it is far more changed in new management as Pooja Hospitality & Management Services)
