Lemon Tree Hotel, Dehradun

It was my 2nd stay with this property and i am in love with this place ...the very courteous staff.. ambience...cleanliness... reasonable variety of breakfast buffet.. the entry just adjacent to mall makes it located at a very vibrant place. We were staying with my special needs daughter and requested for extended stay which was very kindly agreed by Mr. Dharamraj Singh of LemonTree. I also was given a spacious and lovely valley view room which made our stay more beautful and worth remembering.

Staff was really nice, fast and efficient. Housekeeping was also very clean. Food was well served and the people in the cafe were really nice and accommodating. Security was also excellent, made friends with one of them (Trilok) and he was very nice to tell us things and learn about India.

Lemon Tree Hotel is good, the staffs are approachable and friendly. I have enjoyed my duration of stay. The staffs who served us were Labh, Vikas, Rishabh, Anil, and Amal. All of them were nice. The best part is their services are fast, and good quality

everything is nice, accomodation, buffet, staffs. made friends with two of your staffs.||hotel view was nice, you could see everything.||service, I'd give it a 11/10, because they are quick respondent.||the entrance guard are very nice especially to trilok, he gave me a tour before we check out.

The room I stayed in was quite spacious but had no carpeting with no disposable slippers available as r normally available in other hotels charging the same. Again because of the non carpeting, any luggage being dragged in the corridors produced a decent amount of disturbance. The washroom had no proper ventilation. The mutton we had in dinner was not up to the mark. The dining area has good view and the breakfast buffet was good. The reception staff can be taught to be more courteous though nobody was rude or misbehaved with us. Liked that they give employment to people with disabilities like speaking disabilities.

We recently stayed here. Great location, good food, warm hospitality and a comfortable stay in the city center. Our room had the view of inside of a mall which I was felt was a little shocking surprise. I felt that the staff at the front desk should have mentioned about the view during check-in process since our room was literally visible from the inside of a mall. But over all a great stay!

Came here with family hotel location is famous rajpur road room are big and clean service are best staff are very polite especially security Dalip,Kishan House keeping jitender and Subodh alll are very helpful food is also delicious especially breakfast
