Excellent Stay with Minor Room for Improvement I recently stayed at Le Amritam for 2 nights, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. Highlights *Cleanliness:* The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. *Staff:* The front desk and concierge team were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. *Comfort:* The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Overall, I would definitely recommend Le Amritam to others. While there are a few areas for improvement, the hotel's strengths outweigh its weaknesses. The staff's excellent service and the hotel's convenient location make it a great choice for travelers. Rating: 4/5 stars

Worst 3 star hotel of my life , Door locks are poor , staff is literally illiterate and does not even know H of hospitality. No written policies and charges . Food is 3/10. Terrible experiance , Rooms are very noisy.

We visited for lunch at 2:20 PM. Since we were only two people, the staff seemed confused about our seating and changed our seats twice. After finally settling down, we waited for the menu and for someone to take our order, but even after 10 minutes, no one attended to us. Frustrated, we left without having anything--and the most surprising part was that no one even asked why we were leaving. The experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what we expected from them.

Rude front desk reception staff. I am there member. I regret taking there membership. After there front desk rude behaviour. I think I would not recommend anyone to go here. Pathetic experience. They have an answer to your every bad experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. This so-called '3-star hotel' doesn't deserve even that rating - a roadside dhaba treats its customers with more respect than this place. I traveled over 300 km, and upon arrival, they refused to give me a room due to some ridiculous excuse, which was not even mentioned in their policy on agoda. On top of that, they haven't refunded the 5k I paid, and their staff was rude and unprofessional over the phone. The whole night I was stranded with no room, no help, and a lot of stress.
