Hyatt Centric Dehradun

The view from the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking, with a wide open area that lets you soak in the natural beauty while enjoying your meal. It creates such a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere--perfect for a relaxing start to the day. The service was equally impressive. A special mention goes to Ankit, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. He really made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a delightful morning with great food, amazing views, and excellent service.

The best part of the stay is timely and hassle free checking. Room appearance and cleanliness quite good.|Another significant experience during stay at dining hall during breakfast and Dinner. Varieties of food and quality meets the expectation of all section of people across multi culture people of India.|There was very well welcome at dining hall. All staff well behaved, polite and helpful in identifying customers need and served.|Would like to specially mentioned Aayush Thakue and Rajesh who served us like a family member.

I stayed on 15th May 2025 at room number 332. The room was OK except that the door get automatically locked. It should be permanently rectified . The restaurant services were excellent and in the breakfast the services of Divya Bhatt and Rajesh Verma were superb. The food was healthy and tasty .

Aayush thakur is a Fabulous gentleman, courteous, & dedicated employee of your hotel. He would be an asset to the industry where ever he works. Food, service, rooms etc of Hotel are very good. We had a comfortable stay. Good staff & environment.

Disappointing Stay at Hyatt Centric, Dehradun Our recent stay at Hyatt Centric in Dehradun was far from what we expected from a hotel of this caliber. While the front office staff and all other employees were wonderful and the location was great, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear the TV running in the next room, making it impossible to sleep. Although the hotel accommodated our request for a room change, the new room was no better--outside noises from people talking and walking were still very audible and equally disturbing. Additionally, in both rooms, the toilet flush was defective. Water kept running after flushing, and we had to press the flush multiple times and hold it down to stop the water. This is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one charging premium prices. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing. We expected much better from a brand like Hyatt. Given the high price, lack of basic amenities, and major soundproofing issues, we feel completely ripped off. We would never recommend staying here.

It was a heavenly experience having breakfast at Hyatt. The service is just impeccable and the food was super delicious and Divya and Nikita were the best among all.|I would prefer coming here again for sure because it was my one of the best experiences of 5 stars hotels.

My worse experience begins even before getting into the property. Speaking to the GM Mr. Ajit, I was given the confidence of getting a good deal. Following up the next day was told it is still work in progress. Last minute in the late evening I am given a deal which is as good a deal as what is available to a member on the app. This is an insulting and disrespectful behaviour. Why promise when you cannot deliver. Not expected of a GM. No courtesy to make a call when a customer is trying to be in touch. Just random messages. It is OKAY to not be able to offer something that is lucrative enough for a customer, but don't keep someone waiting till last minute. Multiple follow ups got me a revert back, let alone a good one. Vacation plan went for a toss because of this incident
