Me And My husband are their every other week client, this hotel and their staff are so quick to respond and maintain the quality of Our every visit. Viceroy has been nothing more than our very own comfort space out of our Home in doon.

had attended party there manytimes and had a room experience there its pretty wholesome and good experiemce but location is not quite to my liking.

The hotel is in a very dilapidated state, the rooms were clean but the AC seemed broken, the bedding seemed old, the products in the bathroom were not new, some of them were even used. It just seemed insanitary. We were there for a party and the food was okay, not great, not bad. The bathrooms in the hall were in a very bad condition. But all in all its a okay place for small parties.

Attend a wedding ceremony there. Good cleanliness, cooperative staff, well planned arrangements and found all in manner.

They were consistently rude and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxing stay. In addition to these issues, the billing process was perplexing, with unexplained and seemingly arbitrary charges that left me feeling as though I had been taken advantage of. For families seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay, I would strongly caution against choosing this hotel. The poor quality of the rooms, unsatisfactory dining options, and the discourteous staff make it an unfortunate choice, especially if you're traveling with your family. *They charge 170 rs for 100 milk by saying they are charging for hot chocolates

Osm place for small gatherings. The food is really awesome, mouth watering, I can give more than 5 stars, if possible, highly recommend. Location and parking is easily available.

Rooms were good and washroom was also fine.
