Hotel The ONIX

It was a good experience overall. I can't comment much on the rooms as we were there to attend a birthday party, but the event was well-organized and everything was decent. The service was good, and the staff was helpful. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to washroom cleanliness. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory.

I had fanastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very cooperative. The check-in process was quick and smooth. My room was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed.

I stayed long time in this hotel. All staff are very caring, supportive and have polite & kind attitude towards his guest. Rooms are very clean & hugienic. I Very impressed with my stay at Nice Hotel.

Excellent Property, The Staff are superb and very gracious and made us feel most welcome, The rooms are clean and well appointed, with good soft beds and this hotel has a lift so there is no need to climb the stairs. The breakfast is as excellent as the other meals.

Horrible Experience - Is This Even a Hotel?! I don't even know where to start because everything about this hotel was a complete disaster. If you're considering booking a stay here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This place is all about fancy looks and zero real service. It's almost as if the management's motto is "fake it till you break it"--because trust me, everything here is already broken. No Hot Water - Do You Expect Us to Bathe with Air? The biggest issue? No hot water. What kind of hotel doesn't have hot water? Are we supposed to take an ice bath and pretend it's a spa experience? I called the reception multiple times, and guess what? They just ignored the calls. When they finally picked up, they gave me some useless excuse and did absolutely NOTHING. And the water flow? Drops. Literal drops. Was I supposed to collect them in a bucket, one by one, and wait an hour to fill it up? I've seen better water pressure from a leaking pipe on the street! Service? What Service? The staff here are experts in doing nothing. Seriously, it's like their job is to look busy while avoiding any real work. You ask them for something, and they either ignore you or give you a fake smile and disappear. At this point, I'm convinced they must be trained in "How to Pretend You're Helping 101." Is This How You Run a Hotel?! Basic facilities? Non-existent. Service? A joke. Comfort? Forget about it. For the price they charge, I should have at least felt like I was in a hotel, not a survival challenge. The way this place operates, it's like they're trying to see how much suffering a guest can endure before leaving. Final Verdict: Stay Away! This place is an absolute waste of money, time, and patience. If you're looking for frustration, cold showers, and staff who treat you like an inconvenience, then congratulations--you've found the perfect place. Otherwise, RUN. Dear Hotel Management, if you're reading this: Fix your hotel, train your staff, and stop scamming guests. Because right now, this is not hospitality--it's daylight robbery with a bed included.
