The food was acceptable, but I had concerns about the Dal Makhani and ice cream. The Dal had an unpleasant sour aftertaste, while the ice cream had an off-putting medicinal flavor. The staff, however, was courteous and attentive. The basement parking area was extremely limited in size. Additionally, it had a foul garbage smell and water was leaking from the ceiling. The elevator from the basement to the dining floor was tiny and could barely accommodate four people.

Additionally, the secure basement parking facility. The hotel's versatility shines through its spacious hall, perfect for hosting marriages, events, and conferences for up to 200 guests. Overall, I'm highly impressed and would definitely recommend The Grand Cassel Hotel.

"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The hotel provided breakfast, lunch and dinner in very affordable price. All the amenities was available to us. Room was clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom with hot shower, hand wash, body wash, shampoo, slippers, towels, comb, brush, toothpaste, coffee and tea pouches, 1 water bottle daily, daily room service, big Tv and great wifi. Thank you very much! will be back.

Very bad experience. Worst food And that also not on time. Bad service. Hotel staff dont help to pick your belongings. They provide only one towel for two people. Water bottel is too costly rupees 42 per bottel

The property was very beautiful and clean views were very great and food was also good location was also nearby every point.
