Hotel Sparrow

I recently visited Hotel Sparrow , and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The staff is extremely professional, and the rooms are truly luxurious. To top it off, they offered us an amazing discount. The owner's nature is very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to their female receptionist who went above and beyond to provide us with a luxury room. The food was exceptional - I highly recommend trying their chili chicken! If you're looking for a genuine and high-quality stay in Dehradun, Hotel Sparrow is definitely the place to be.

I have celebrated my engagement ceremony at the Hotel Sparrow. Thank you for making our events so special. You food is great, your service is the best and your hall is beautiful! I would like to start off by saying "Thank You So Much" to everyone at Hotel Sparrow for making my engagement Day everything we could ever dream of! It It came out so Beautifully perfect. We got so many compliments from our guests saying that the Banquet hall is superb and how much they Loved the Food !! Everything went over so perfect... So again Thank You so much for helping in making my engagement day PERFECT. Thank you!

Hotel service was not remarkable. Staff don't know about hospitality. We ordered breakfast they gave burned bread toast. We told to change and give fresh bread toast without burned but they gave the same. Worst hospitality. We have 2 days stay, so when we asked for drinking water next booked day, but they refuse to give as in every hotels before it is complimentary no matter how many days you stay. But they told that they will charged for water, also they don't gave clean drinking water. When we visited there they were also not knowing that our rooms were booked from Goibibo app. They were asking repeatedly about our booking. Just worst services. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!

I recently had the most remarkable stay at The Sparrow in Dehradun Patel Nagar! Every aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectations, leaving me with an incredibly positive impression. The room quality was top-notch, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The food was simply outstanding, with a wide variety of delectable dishes that catered to all taste buds. The staff provided impeccable service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made transportation a breeze, allowing for easy exploration of the beautiful city. Without a doubt, The Sparrow deserves a resounding 10/10 in every category!

Hotel was good but the staff don't know the terms hospitality, nobody teaches them how to treat their guest's. Every 10 mints they knock the door and ask when you will leave the room even you tell them in one an hour but in next 10min they again ring your bell for the same question. Ridiculouse manner of hospitality, also they don't have card service. Only cash and upi.

Worst hotel ever i stay in .. i was in my room then i call the restaurant of the hotel and ask to place a oder od dal mahani and 2roti and 1 water bottle !!! At next morng when i was supposed to checked out i ask abt my bill total bill was of 420 for food they asked me for pay 490 rupess when i checked the bill they add extra rotis and water bottle in my bill .. they even don't know how to talk with customers when i asked to recheck they said ki hum kis pe believe kre ap pr seriously??? Worst ever experienced
