Worst hotel ever went to the staff were drunk the room was smelling like of bear and it was stinky recommend not to go with family the photos of room were kind of fake

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received during my visit. The receptionist/manager's behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only was he rude and dismissive towards me, but he also treated my family with disrespect.||What's even more alarming is that he appeared to be intoxicated while on duty, which is a serious concern for any establishment. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also compromised the safety and well-being of customers.

Rooms are amazing that gives you completey aesthetic vibes .....there workers were polite and helpful meal was also amazing ...loved to spent time their

It's definitely not a 3-star hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms smell like cigarettes and their is no ventilation, the bathroom door won't close, and the bed sheets are stained as well. The TV also doesn't work because they didn't recharge their DTH service, and the room service is pathetic. Breakfast plates were left all day around!. Moreover, the breakfast was served in messy trays without spoons, and when I asked for spoons, it took them forever. Overall, not a good experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel.

The place is good and the receptionist gives you room at any time but you bargain with the price of room the said "just go don't stay here" very rude staff kindly request to change the staff

Not a good experience. Person sitting on reception was not interested in answering questions. He was busy with his computer. Broken ac provided, no intercom. On asking he said take my card and call on this no. Useless people. Only complementary food was good. Don't know how and why these hotelers in dehradun and mussoorie are ready to put "gaddas" if more then 2 people are there. Booking is as per 3 people bed must be provided with sufficient space. We are staying in hotel and paying for it. It is not a baraat where you will be putting "gaddas" nonsense...
