Hotel is great value of money you spend. Neat and clean room with supportive staff.

We stayed here for 1 night, over all experience was good. But there is room for improvement as it is advertised as 3 star hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable and the staff is very co-operative. We enjoyed our stay in hotel

The staff's behavior was extremely pathetic, disappointing and unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and hospitality skills. Rooms have dirty mattresses and refuse to change it.

I stayed here with family. This is a very overpriced hotel, basis room quality and service quality. We left dissatisfied.||This hotel is located next to the Cygnet hotel which is far superior at a lesser price.||The hotel has no restaurant. We had to go to the Cygnet hotel next door for our dinner.||The lift is small. The room is small. The bed linen and towels require improvement. Room cleanliness requires improvement. Storage space for luggage and clothes is inadequate.||We paid for breakfast included room, but what we got at 8.00 am were only 3 triangles of bread-butter sandwiches for TWO persons, a couple of eggs for each person and a cup each of substandard tea /coffee. Our prior request for fruits was turned down.||The window looked into the hotel next door and we couldn't open the curtains for reasons of privacy.||The lift malfunctioned many times.||The staff were indifferent. There seemed to be no supervision or management. The staff do what they please.||Not at all recommended.

The room was clean. But the service experience was hard to believe but they charged me even for one glass of milk for my 1 year old child during our whole visit. When I told them that I have been to so many hotels even the 5 stars hotels don't charge, so the hotel staff said that nobody has provided them such kind of training. So it means they are untrained which is totally unprofessional of them. Also she told me if the buffet breakfast was complementary i would have included this in that. How illogical was that statement. During my stay I had purchased dinner also one breakfast. Very unethical of them. They over charged me for everything they also charged for coffee which was included in the buffet breakfast which I purchased, which I got removed from the bill. Even though the room and toilet was clean but there is a no no from my end for this hotel. The service is pathetic and they try to fool you and charge extra.

very bad service and missguide on call. says very decent price but when riched changed hos mind and manupulate for extra charges.

Fan was not working...properly .no latches kn washroom..
