Hotel Samrat Dehradun

Within 1000 decent hotel to stay. And if you are searching hotel near railway station, you must go for this hotel. But I feel their food is little overpriced.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . In case you are planning to stay or book this hotel then think twice. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE especially the person at reception Hotel's work on principle of considering guests as their own guests but here they treat guests as if they are their burden I was going through some of the reviews where others have pointed out at the attitude of staff and owner has responded back assuring that it will be taken care off ...but this attitude is continuing...this clearly indicates that they are least bothered ..I believe they are least bothered about providing family atmosphere Mind you they want to charge you for everything but provide nothing Over all this Hotel deserves the title of WORST HOTEL IN THE REGION

Hot water is warm and toilet doesn't flush...

Honest review Very pathetic service, food is also pathetic Very unprofessional staff. They literally bring us borewell water in Bisleri bottle. Rooms are also not very clean Bed linens are also very dirty . Room changes for this kind of service is very high We Paid 1500 for 10 hrs and online it shows 965 for same room We are fed up with this hotel . No hot water available. Bathrooms was not clean that much . Old dirty pots are there in their bathrooms. Room service phone is only for decoration ,no response at all.

Location is good food is ok service is average Rooms are very dirty Pricing is ok If possible avoid this Hotel because you will not like the rooms

I had a great experience with Samrat hotel.when we had a bad encounter with another hotel and couldn't find a place to stay, we found Samrat hotel and they welcomed us at midnight with good hospitability without prior bookings.Room services and room facilities were also good .Both families, friends and individuals can choose Samrat for safe and better stay in dehradun.

A great budget friendly hotel. Staff is cooperative and the rooms are well maintained and worth the price. Recommend staying here.
