Terrible experience. I mistakenly booked a room for the wrong date, but when I contacted the manager, he casually said he would shift me to their other hotel and refund my money after I canceled the booking. I trusted him, canceled the booking, and even paid again for the new hotel. After that, the manager and owner completely ignored me. Customer service tried to reach them, but they refused to cooperate or respond. I was left without a refund and no proper help. This hotel is completely unreliable -- if anything goes wrong, they will abandon you without any support. Absolutely not recommended. Stay away from this place.
