Hotel Jungle View Retreat

Nice place to stay. location is perfect. Parking is available. Nearby market is also there. Staff is very polite. Rooms are neat and clean (basement or underground rooms ventilation problem). overall nice .

The place is at nice location just at foothill of mussoorie. The view from garden is good with small hills visible. Mussoorie is not visible from the property though. The rooms were just okay. The service was good, they were all humble and polite. The tap of the room was broken. Rest nice place at affordable price.

Very bad experience I went to dehradun and I booked for three days and they ask for full payment at time of check in okay that's fair but they didn't provide breakfast that is included first they said that on first day we can't give you on second day they didn't also provide the breakfast. And there is no privacy some men come from the balcony when I was sleeping. And started knocking the door and they ask me to we have to change your room . Ahh I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel seems to be fine though the front desk management wasn't Courteous or polite. The billing system a huge concern and a let down. The amount mentioned online and booking made is treated differently and there is disparity in the final bill given by the front desk. There is no coordination between front desk and online booking association which leads to wastage of time and money and customer dissatisfaction. Go for better options

Only good thing about this hotel is the location on main Dehradun road. But being next to banquet hall can be really noisy. Rooms are in very poor condition, with chipped furniture, loose wiring, non functional phone, poor inadequate lighting, foul smell. Reception is highly unenthusiastic, so is room service. Good thing, they have parking space for about 3 to 4 cars inside their gate.

Staff was not corporative first they included breakfast free then they charge high amount of bill small amount of butter cost 100 rupees They are fraudster never book this kind of hotel in further
