Hotel Inderlok

Rooms are neat n clean. Bathrooms spic n span. All toiletries of good quality available including towel n hand towel. |Reception lobby spacious and welcoming. Circulatimg area of second floor where we were alloted room was spacious. The walls are decorated with a them of Butterflies of different varities photos/painting s. |Breakfast spread are very good. |The staff are welbehaved. I have booked one twin bed room for two on our return journey from Badrinath. ButThey also allowed my son inlaw (third person) for some times as he has to catch the train. |I dis not find any negative thing of this hotel. I will definitely rebook in my next trip

Our stay at Inderlok was very nice, except for a payment issue during check-out. This would still have been a five star review--we understand technical issues do happen--except for that the receptionist was unprofessional, and possibly dishonest, about the matter. The room was clean and comfortable, the common areas beautiful, breakfast exceptional, and laundry service on time. We confirmed before booking that Inderlok accepts international credit cards, as foreign travelers cannot avail themselves of India's digital payment systems, like UPI. During check out, however, no card reader was working. The receptionist insisted this was a "network issue" (which would be beyond the hotel's control), but we could see the machine was not turning on, producing light, or making sound. Clearly, the machine either had not been charged or was simply broken. The receptionist did not call another staff member to help or check for their restaurant's machine, which we had informed her had worked just the day before. (One of us is a native Hindi speaker, so there was no miscommunication due to language.) Instead, we had to produce about 10,000 in cash. Fortunately, we had enough cash available, though many travelers would not. The cash drawer was disorganized. The receptionist did not act professionally, and objected when we asked for the change. We were not provided a list of charges or receipt of payment.

Hotel Inderlok is a very good hotel in the heart of the city on Rajpur road. This is easily reachable and has an amazing interior. The rooms are spacious and have good internal arrangements such as a cupboard, tea cabinet and a small refrigerator. The room had a large window with ample sunlight and a small seatee in the window to enjoy the outer view. Washrooms were clean and had the basic toiletries except the toothbrush. Hot water was available 24/7. The bed sheets and pillow covers were all dry cleaned and hygienic. The room also had an expandable bed which was an add on. There was a small study table with a lamp which helped me complete some office work efficiency. Television in the room had all the paid channels also accessible which was also a treat for kids. Overall a fantastic hotel within reasonable price range.

Celebrated my son's birthday. The banquet was spacious enough and the service was excellent.

We recently hosted a wedding at the hotel and were highly satisfied with everything including the food, decor, rooms and services. Mr. Rakesh and his team were very cooperative. Would highly recommend.

A good 4 star property located at the city centre. Just 100 metres away from the famous Ellora bakery, the hotel is situated at a prime location with multiple places to visit nearby. The food is good. The breakfast buffet also has a wide range of options to try from. The rooms are good & spacious. The hotel staff is generous and helpful. A good place to stay if you are looking for something within 5k budget at the city centre.

Room is very clean nd maintain hygiene well conditions furinture maintenance nd staff service is very fast all staff is very helpful

This place was ok since it was walkable from cloak tower. Hotel is not very great but decent.
