I recently stayed at Hotel Height View Residency in Dehradun and had a mixed experience. The staff were extremely polite and always quick to respond to any queries or requests, which made my stay more comfortable. I appreciated their hospitality and promptness. However, the maintenance of the rooms could be improved. While they were clean, I felt that some areas (like the bathroom fittings and furniture) could use a bit of attention. Additionally, the overall infrastructure of the hotel feels a little dated, which detracts from the overall experience. In terms of location, it's fairly convenient, but the hotel's amenities and upkeep could definitely be enhanced. Overall, I'd rate my stay a 3.5/5. It's a decent option, but there's room for improvement in both maintenance and infrastructure.

Previously staff was polite everything seemed good so i trusted this place for my main day function but they broke my trust on my special day.Food service was too slow in the beginning,nobody was there to takecare.apart from this I felt that only money matters the most for them and no service responsibility.i can never forget the humiliation we felt that day due to such kind of service in the starting.Disappointed.

Booked room by Agoda.com and payment made but hotel denied the booking. No proof of hacking their website or email sent to Agoda shown by them. Then I booked the room there personally 106B. No refund from Agoda still made. Average hotel for short stay with family.

I rencelty stayed in this hotel. I have booked this place via agoda and paid 2200 rs approximately Hotel deniyed the entry stating that there agoda portal is hacked. When I told them to show me portal and mail you must have sent to agoda team he was talking his time and later haven't showed me the emails. I contacted agoda and they mentioned me Hotel management is saying that they are sold out. Agoda cancelled my booking and refund me the amount But this scammers mentioned me that hey have room and it's 2000 for normal room and 2500 for Deluxe room Since being tourist I choose that option and stayed at that place Room are good and clean Service is Okay and food is also below average but not worst. I asked them for Invoice but they mentioned we will give you at checkout. I told them we will be checking out at 6 am in morning So they mentioned we will give you at 6. At 6 am in morning there staff was in deep sleep and I just placed room key card on counter and left since I have to catch bus. If you are staying asked first for Payment reciept.. I think they are doing tax fraud or something I stayed in room which is 107B On entire floor there were proper rooms like 101,102 till 109 but there were only couple of rooms which was not numbered on the door. Giving 2 star since the stay was comfortable else it would be 1 star for this scammers

Hotel rooms are fantastic & sophisticated also.Everything nice.The only disadvantage or demerit is , this hotel does not have even a single Indian style toilet. Should also give importance to those people who are only familiar and comfortable with Indian style of toilet.. Thanks

This is unfortunate that I have to give bad ratings inspite of courtious staff. Main issue is cleaning. Rooms were not clean, bathroom were dirty. Foot mat outside of bathroom was full of dust, imagine you putting your bare foot after bath of mat full of dirt. Property owner has spent money on infrastructure but not spending money on cleaning. I saw same staff was used as bell boy as as well as housekeeper.

The staff members were attentive, friendly, and responsive to my needs throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant dining experience, and for that, I give them credit. However, there were a few issues that prevented me from fully enjoying my stay. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. It was apparent that the housekeeping staff had not thoroughly cleaned the room before my arrival. The floors were not properly cleaned, and I noticed dust and debris in several areas. This lack of cleanliness was disappointing and left me with a less than satisfactory impression.

Friendly helpful staff. A very basic 3* a bit out of the way. The food was nice.
