Hotel Golden Orchard

Loved the attention we received from Naveen he tried very hard to assist us in so many ways.||Unfortunately my room's hot water system was broken and 2 days of cold showers was a bit sad ||The hotel is very noisy with people moving constantly from room to room ringing buzzers and banging doors constantly - very hard to sleep.||Thoroughly enjoyed the food in the restaurant ||The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I spent last 2 nights here. This hotel is my best hotel till now. I liked the service here, all the rooms were clean and the Chikan Tikka was the best. I really liked the way everyone was treated so well.

Overall experience was very good, it is a new property with all necessary amenities, Food was very tasty and staff was also cooperative especially Mr. pradeep at reception I recomend to consider it

I stayed there for 1 day when visited dehradun during my official trip. It was exquisite experience of staying in this property. It has opened recently and the rooms were beautiful with all the basic amenities. They are charging very fair amount according to there room type. There service is prompt and on reception you will be greeted nicely. There food is good had breakfast (omlette and aloo prathe with dahi and tea) in which they were having variety. They serv breakfast in room which is a plus point.There location is near by pacific mall on walking distance of 300-400m. Gonna suggest others as well for staying here. Stayed here for 2 nights, had a good experience, neat and tidy rooms. Highly recommend for travellers by Rajpur road. Quality of the food is too good.

I stayed in hotel Golden Orchard, I had the experience in this hotel, the food here is amazing,like chilli, paneer, paneer tikka, and also main course is very tasty and helty .the vision of Mussoorie is amazing, the entire staff here is amazing, they are amazingly helpful or the room here is also amazing. or is it true I am in the hotel again very soon

My recent stay at Golden Orchard Hotel left much to be desired. The food service was abysmal, with long waits for orders and poorly prepared dishes. The staff's behavior was equally disappointing, displaying rudeness and indifference towards guests' concerns. Requests for assistance were met with apathy, and any attempts to address issues were dismissed or ignored. The overall dining experience was marred by incompetence and lack of professionalism. I found it disheartening that such a prestigious establishment could fail so spectacularly in providing basic hospitality services. In summary, I would strongly advise against patronising Golden Orchard Hotel until significant improvements are made to their food service and staff training.
