Hotel Galaxy

Its only 5minutes away from the station. Follow the map or call them for direction, no need to hire a cab. Such a quiet place. Basic amenities were there, most importantly it was neat and clean. I was travelling solo, so as a girl ,i had no problem with security. I asked them for a higher floor , and they fulfilled that. At this price this hotel was perfect.

For kitchen service I need to wait otherwise it's a good hotel in budget.

Third grade hotel, third grade service. The hotel is absolutely not at a walkable distance from the railway station especially when you've luggage. A third class broken road (auto charge Rs.100 ) leads to the hotel. Now, when I arrived late at night, the service boy did not even carry my luggage, I had to do it on my own. Small, stingy rooms. Geyser was not working, imagine you reach at 11pm at night, you can't even get hot water. We had to leave early in the morning, we were asked to use the toilet of a different 'used' room. Yes, USED room of someone who had checked out a while ago. Can it get any worse? It's a scam, don't fall prey to the good ratings about how great the hotel is! There's no basic amenities, and the fact that we had to use the washroom of a prior occupied room, shows the kind of sick mentality of these people. Also, they took money for 3 people, but did not have the basic courtesy to send 3 towels. 3rd grade in 1 word.

Staff is very polite and honest. Today, I forget my beg in room. Hotel manager called me to take this. There behaviour impressed all my family.

Excellent for stay, rooms and wash rooms are very clean, 200m only from dehradun railway station, and behaviour of staffs specially Mr Mukhesh Bhatt (Manager) are also very good and cooperartive, we stayed there for our Yamunotri trip 1 week back. Must recommended to stay...

This is a pretty good hotel near Dehradun railway station and also within walking distance of the Chowk. We got an Ac deluxe double bed room which costed around Rs. 1400. Although we checked in pretty late as we had taken an evening train from New Delhi, the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and showed us up to our room. We had dinner from the in house restaurant as well which was quite good in taste and quantity. Had a comfortable stay at this place overall.

The 4 star given to this hotel is a scam. My own experience 1. Cockroach in the room 2. Blanket not covered 3. No handwash 4. No night lamp 5. Food was below avg, tea was not even drinkable 6. Was asked to pay extra for breakfast as I was told the breakfast was limited to one item per guest Stay away from this hotel

Had booked a Non AC room since we Checked In late and had to checkout early in the morning. Overall the room was clean and so was the washroom. Food was Good bit oily but taste wise was good quick service. Nearby Station so you could walk and reach to the location.
