Hotel Forest Avenue | Best Luxury Hotel in Dehradun

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel forest avenue Dehradun, and I must say, the hospitality was truly exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to cater to all our needs, making us feel like family. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the sumptuous breakfast spread. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, and we enjoyed every bite. Special mention to our manager, Kamlesh, who ensured our stay was seamless and memorable. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm smile made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Kudos to Kamlesh and the entire team for an outstanding experience!

Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Basic amenities like a dental kit and slippers were not provided in the room. When I asked for them, the staff told me they would only provide these items if the General Manager was on duty and gave permission - which was both surprising and frustrating. The checkout process was also a mess. I had to wait a long time just to clear the bill. On top of that, my car was stuck in the basement parking, blocked by 2-3 other cars. The reception staff had no idea about the room numbers for those vehicles. I ended up waiting for 40-45 minutes, and eventually they found the keys but told me I had to move all the cars myself to get mine out. This kind of unprofessional service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Forest Avenue! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a peaceful getaway. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The staff seemed unorganized, and it took forever to get our food. But the worst part was when we asked for seconds, and the staff refused to refill our plates! It was shocking and unacceptable. The food quality itself was average, but the poor service and inflexibility really spoiled our experience. Unless the hotel improves its food service, I would not recommend it to anyone."
