Hotel Chandra Grand

It can be called a lodge and not hotel. The location is not so good. The roads approaching the hotel are in bad shape. The hotel has steep stairs, tv doesn't work (atleast when we stayed). Staff is polite and good. Cleanliness needs improvement. The breakfast was just ok. And yes, they lock the entrance in the night and one doesn't know how to get it opened in the morning if one wishes to go for a walk at 6 am. The morning tea is not available, even on additional payment. It's provided only with breakfast. Overall budget friendly but avoidable if staying for more than a day. Avoid if travelling with family.

Bedsheets had burn holes, false ceilings condition you can see in photos, above the false ceiling it was tin shed not the roof which caused immense noise while it rained, bathroom door doesn't have a closer so it was wide open all the time.tables and chairs were all dusty. In the 4 days , not a single time my room was cleaned. All payment was asked in advance. But staff was friendly.

I booked hotel Chandra for 3 days for my wedding function 10/10 everthing is perfect nice decor room rate is so affordable neat and clean room . Food is so yummy did not expect , service is excellent all the staff is well trained knows guest satisfaction very well ower itself very polite in nature keep on checking each and everything . Wtever we are asking he is providing everything. Good job Team for wonderful and unforgettable experience. Unique 232.!

Best Hotel i have ever seen good service and budget friendly

Hotel Chandra Grand offers excellent service, comfortable AC rooms, and delicious food. The owner is very kind--they allowed me to stay in my room for two extra hours after the usual 11 AM check-out time. Highly recommended!
