Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun

It is amazing, we stayed at the hotel for 2nights, we enjoyed the food it was really good specially sandwiches were really nice. And the room were very neat and clean the housekeeping person specially Ms Nazia took care of us very well. |Thank you team for our great stay

Don't go by the photos. Photos are from other hotels in the same group. This review is for this property near Lal pul. Pros: strictly OK sized clean rooms. Clean bathrooms and fittings. Buffet breakfast (if available) is reasonable. Cons: absolutely pathetic tea coffee and food. Cock roaches in the restaurant. Suddenly the buffet breakfast was not there. Suddenly south Indian items were unavailable. Hot water was not available at 6am. Illogical Check in took too long. No ventilation in rooms. The bathroom doesn't drain well leading to slippery floor. I'd say not worth the price.

Stayed here for a night . The room and bathroom was clean, front desk was good. |Clean Bath linen - |Toiletries- (excl Moisturiser)|Mini fridge - |Kettle and tea and coffee packs - ||Was not happy with the service though , it is too slow . You ask for water and no one comes up for another 1 hr unless you remind them to give a bottle of water. ||The restaurant is too pricey for the food served . ||Was a good stay except the 2 points mentioned

Our family enjoyed at Grand Legacy Beacon Dehradun, this is a very good hotel, the all services were also very good. The room, restaurant - lobby area very nice. Super fast service thanks to all for your services.|The front office boy was really good.

Hotel is overall good for short stay. Location is fine as well. Rooms were mostly clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and they provided standard toiletries as well. Shower pressure was very low and they should improve on this. People look for good shower experience after travel. Room was clean except floor where moping stains were visible and not thoroughly cleaned. Other than this entier room was very clean. Operating TV wasn't good experience as no tv remote was there I have to use buttons on TV to change source to STB box and volume. This was very inconvenient. One other friend staying at same place at problem with no AC remote in room. Management should fix these small issues. Breakfast was okay. Fine range of options for 3 star hotel and overall food quality was good. Service staff and reception staff were very decent and polite and helpful. Checkout exp wasn't good as it took long time to checkout... System issues and other issues made entire process 15 min long which is way long time. Management should fix these small aspects. Overall exp was okay and I am comfortable having another short stay here.
